ارزیابی محیط آموزشی از نظر دانشجویان پزشکی و دندان پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد بر اساس مدل dreem در سال 1399

مقدمه و هدف: محیط آموزشی در کیفیت و کارایی آموزش نقش اساسی دارد. یکی از الگوهای اندازه‌گیری محیط و فضای حاکم بر آموزش، ابزار سنجش محیط آموزشی دانشگاه داندی  dundee ready educational environment measure  (dreem)  است که از آن جهت تحلیل نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به محیط‌های آموزشی استفاده می‌شود. لذا هدف از این مطالعه، ارزشیابی محیط آموزشی از نظر دانشجویان پزشکی و دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد بر اساس مدل dreem بود.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه‌ی توصیفیمقطعی، فضای حاکم بر محیط آموزشی با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ی استاندارد dreem سنجیده شد. پرسش‌نامه‌ی 50 سوالی در 5 حیطه‌ی یادگیری، اساتید، درک دانشجو از توانایی علمی خود، جو آموزشی و شرایط اجتماعی میان 155 کارورز و 70 کارآموز دانشکده‌های پزشکی و دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد تهران توزیع شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss 21 و آزمون‌ آماری من ویتنی تجزیه و تحلیل شد.نتایج: میانگین امتیاز پرسش‌نامه 23.17 ±89.10 از مجموع 200 امتیاز (44.55%) محاسبه شد که به معنی حد نیمه‌مطلوب است. کمترین میانگین نمره‌ی ادراک دانشجویان مربوط به بعد یادگیری (37.7%) و بیشترین نمره مربوط به شرایط اجتماعی (48.43%) بود. نمره‌ی مربوط به حیطه‌های اساتید و شرایط اجتماعی در جنس مونث به طور معنی‌داری بیشتر بود. نمرات حیطه‌های اساتید، توانایی علمی خود و جو آموزشی در دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی به طور معنی‌داری ببیشتر از دانشجویان پزشکی بود.نتیجه گیری: ادراک دانشجویان از محیط آموزشی در حد نیمه‌مطلوب بود. اطلاعات به دست آمده از این تحقیق می‌تواند برای شناخت بهتر و حل مشکلات محیط آموزشی دانشکده‌های پزشکی و دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد به کار گرفته شود.

Evaluation of educational environment in viewpoints of medical and dental students of Shahed University based on DREEM model in the year 2021

Background and Objective: The educational environment has a fundamental role in the quality and efficiency of education. One of the models for measuring environment is Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure (DREEM) is used for analysis of students’ perception of educational environment. So, the aim of this study is evaluation of educational environment in viewpoints of medical and dental students of Shahed University based on DREEM model.Materials and Methods: In this descriptive crosssectional study, educational environment was evaluated using DREEM standard questionnaire. The 50 item questionnaires including five domains of learning, teachers, student’s academic selfperception, educational atmosphere and student social selfperception were distributed among 155 interns and 70 stagers in medical and dental students of Shahed University, Tehran. Data was analyzed using SPSS 21 software and appropriate MannWitnney statistical test.Results: The mean score for the questionnaire was 89.10 out of 200 (44.55%) that means semidesirable environment. The lowest mean score of students’ perceptions was related to learning (37.7%) and highest score was related to social selfperception (48.43%). Scores of teachers and social selfperception domain were significantly higher in females. Scores of teachers, academic selfperception and educational atmosphere in dental students were significantly higher than medical students.Conclusion: Students’ perception from educational environment was semidesirable. The obtained results can be utilized to better understand and resolve educational environment issues in schools of medicine and dentistry of Shahed university.
