مقایسه میزان دست‌یابی به اهداف آموزشی گروه آموزشی پروتز دانشکده دندانپزشکی شاهد در کوریکولوم‌های مصوب سال 1379 و 1391

مقدمه و هدف: فرآیند آموزش در صورتی مفید خواهد بود که اهداف مورد نظر برای آن، در حین اجرای دوره آموزشی یا پس از اتمام آن محقق گردد. در این مطالعه میزان دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی گروه پروتز دانشکده دندانپزشکی شاهد در دو کوریکولوم مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است.مواد و روش ها: روش مطالعه حاضر از نوع مقطعی (توصیفیتحلیلی) و به صورت ارزشیابی آموزشی است که از الگوی cipp(context, input, process, product) استفاده شده است. جمعیت مورد مطالعه شامل تمامی دانشجویان سال آخر رشته دندانپزشکی دانشگاه شاهد است که تمامی واحدهای تئوری و عملی مربوطه خود را تا پایان سال 96-1395 (ورودی 1390) و 98-1397 (ورودی 1392) گذرانده باشند. ورودی 1390 مطابق با کوریکولوم مصوب سال 1379 و ورودی 1392 مطابق با کوریکولوم مصوب سال 91 (ک 91) تحصیل خود را گذرانده اند. برای دستیابی به داده ها از روش همه شماری استفاده شده است. به هر دو گروه پرسشنامه داده شد که شامل شاخص های دیدن، شنیدن، انجام دادن و توانایی انجام دادن بود. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه بررسی و تایید شد. داده ها در برنامه spss 24 وارد شدند و توسط تست t و chisquare بررسی شدند.نتایج: در کوریکولوم 1379 در بخش پروتز متحرک پارسیل، شاخص دیدن 61%، شنیدن 43% و انجام دادن 91% بوده است. در بخش پروتز متحرک کامل، شاخص دیدن 43%، شنیدن 46% و انجام دادن 83% بوده است. در بخش پروتز ثابت، شاخص دیدن 43%، شنیدن 53% و انجام دادن 69% بوده است. در کوریکولوم 1391 در بخش پروتز متحرک پارسیل، شاخص دیدن 67%، شنیدن 74% و انجام دادن 88% بوده است. در بخش پروتز متحرک کامل، شاخص دیدن 54%، شنیدن 70% و انجام دادن 71% بوده است. در بخش پروتز ثابت، شاخص دیدن 48%، شنیدن 68% و انجام دادن 62% بوده است.نتیجه گیری: در کوریکولوم 1391 بیشتر بر روی شنیدن و دیدن دانشجویان متمرکز شده است. در صورتی که در کوریکولوم 1379 تمرکز بیشتر بر روی انجام دادن دانشجویان بوده است.

Comparison of achievement of educational objectives in prosthodontics department of Shahed Dental School according to approved 2001 and 2013 curricula

Background and Objective: The educational process will be useful if the goals for which they are attained are fulfilled during or after the course. The aim of this study was to evaluate the achievement of the educational goals of the Prosthodontics Department of Shahed Dental School in two curricula.Materials and Methods: This crosssectional study evaluated two dental curricula using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The study population consisted of all senior students of Shahed Dental School who had completed all of their theoretical and practical units by the end of the year 20162017 (C79) and 20182019 (C91). The referral sampling method was used. Both groups were given a questionnaire that included the indicators of seeing, hearing, doing and ability to perform. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assessed and confirmed. Data were analyzed in SPSS 24 using ttest and chisquare test.Results: In group C79, in the partial removable prosthesis section, the index of seeing was 61%, listening was 43% and performing was 91%. In the complete removable prosthesis section, the rate of seeing was 43%, hearing was 46% and doing was 83%. In fixed prosthesis, the index was 43% for seeing, hearing was 53% and doing was 69%. In group C91 in the partial removable prosthesis section, the index was 67% for seeing, 74% for hearing, and 88% for doing. In the complete removable prosthesis section, the index was 54% for seeing, 70% for hearing, and 71% for performing. In fixed prosthesis, the index was 48% for seeing, hearing was 68% and performing was 62%.Conclusion: In the C91 group, the focus was more on hearing and seeing of students. In the C79 group, however, the focus was more on student performance.
