عوامل موثر بر انتخاب ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات سلامت دولتی، خصوصی و خیریه

مقدمه و هدف: استفاده کنندگان خدمات در انتخاب ارائه دهنده مراقبت سلامت متفاوت عمل می کنند. این مطالعه به شناسایی عوامل موثر بر انتخاب ارائه دهندگان خدمات سلامت دولتی، خصوصی و خیریه در کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز پرداخته است. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه مقطعی کاربردی است که در سال 1395 انجام شد. نمونه پژوهش، شامل 330 نفر از کارمندان شاغل در مراکز دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای متناسب با حجم و نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، نسخه فارسی شده پایا و روای پرسشنامه فریرا بود. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار spss23.0 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج: یافته ها نشان داد سازه های قصد، نگرش و کنترل رفتاری درک شده در بخش دولتی بالاتر از بخش خصوصی و خیریه بود. کارکنان مرد، متاهل، کارکنان مسن تر، کارکنان با تحصیلات کمتر، کارکنان شاغل در مرکز تحقیقات و بیمارستان، کارکنان با سابقه کاری بالاتر و کارکنان با نوع استخدامی شرکتی و قراردادی تمایل بیشتری به انتخاب بخش دولتی داشتند (p<0/05). نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاکی از تمایل بیشتر کارکنان در استفاده از خدمات بخش دولتی بود؛ اما جهت استفاده بهتر و بیشتر از خدمات موجود در هر یک از بخش های مورد بررسی می توان ایجاد اعتمادسازی بیشتر، ایجاد جو همدلی و احترام و تسهیل استفاده از خدمات بخش دولتی و استفاده از رویکردهای مختلف بازاریابی اجتماعی در کنار تعیین تعرفه قابل پرداخت برای عموم مردم در دو بخش خصوصی و خیریه را پیشنهاد نمود.

The effective factors on selecting health care providers in public, private, and charity sectors

Background and Objective: People act differently in choosing their health care providers. This study was conducted to identify the effective factors on choosing health care providers in public, private, and charity in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences rsquo; staff. Materials and Methods: This research was a crosssectional applied study that was conducted in 2016. The study sample consisted of 330 of the staff affiliated to Shiraz University of Medical Sciences centers that entered the study through stratified and simple random sampling methods. The study tool was a reliable and valid Persian draft of questionnaire designed by Ferreira. Data were analyzed applying SPSS23. Results: Findings showed that intention, attitude, and perceived behavioral control constructs were higher in public sector than the private and charity. The male, married, older and low educated staff, who engaged in research centers and hospitals rsquo; staff with higher work years and those with contract and corporate the types of employment have higher intention to choose public sector than the private and charity. Conclusion: The present findings indicate the more intention of the participants to use the services in public sector than those of private and charity. In order to better use of services and resources in each of the three health care providers these recommendations are presented: increasing the atmosphere of trust, respect, and empathy along with simplifying the application of services in public sector and using different methods of social marketing accompanied with balancing the tariff and identifying the payable tariff for all the people in private and charity sector.
