تحلیل داده‌ها و مدل‌سازی علل تامه تصادفات جاده‌ای در شرایط نامساعد جوی

زمینه و هدف: این مقاله مدل‌سازی علل ایجابی علل تامه تصادفات جاده‌ای با استفاده از تحلیل داده‌های گزارش‌های پلیس راهور است.روش: برای نیل به هدف تحقیق ابتدا از مطالعه متون و تحلیل داده‌های گزارش‌های پلیس راهور در محدوده 1399-1390، تصادفاتی که در یکی از شرایط نامساعد اقلیمی یعنی، بارندگی، یخ‌بندان، برف و کولاک و مه رخ داده‌اند، استفاده شده است؛ مصاحبه‌هایی نیز با افسران کارشناس تصادفات جاده‌ای در محور تهران قزوین (جاده قدیم) (7نفر) و البته تعدادی از رانندگان (که در این مسیر دچار تصادف جاده‌ای شده‌اند) (10 نفر) انجام شده است؛یافته‌ها: یافته‌های نشان دادکه مهم‌ترین علل تامه تصادفات جاده‌ای در محور مورد مطالعه عدم توجه به جلو و تخطی از سرعت مطمئنه بوده‌اند و هم‌چنین 52 درصد تصادفات در شرایط بارانی، 45درصد در شرایط مه‌آلودگی، حدود 3درصد در شرایط یخ‌بندان و کمتر از 1درصد در برف و کولاک بوده است. سپس دلایل ایجابی وقوع علل تامه تصادفات از نظر کارشناسان و رانندگان به‌دست آمده است.نتایج: درنهایت دو مدل ذهنی از ارتباط علل تصادفات جاده‌ای در شرایط نامساعد جوی ارائه شد و یک مدل پیوندی از نحوه و میزان ارتباط عوامل با یکدیگر ارائه شده است.

background and objectives: this article is a modeling of the positive causes of road accidents using data analysis of traffic police reports.methodology: in order to achieve the purpose of the research, first of all, it has been used to study the texts and analyze the data of traffic police reports in the range of 20202021, the accidents that occurred in one of the adverse climatic conditions, i.e., rain, freezing, snow, blizzard and fog. interviews were also conducted with expert officers of road accidents in tehranqazvin axis (old road) (7 individuals) and of course a number of drivers (who had road accidents on this route) (10 individuals).findings: the findings showed that the most important causes of road accidents in the studied axis were ¬ paying attention to the front and violating the safe speed&, and also 52% of accidents occurred in rainy conditions, 45% in foggy conditions, about 3% in icy conditions and less than 1% in snow and blizzard. then, the positive reasons for the occurrence of the causes of all the accidents have been obtained from the experts and drivers.results: finally, two mental models of the relationship between the causes of road accidents in adverse weather conditions were presented, and a linked model of the way and extent of the relationship between the factors was presented.
