شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل جاده‌ای و محیطی در بروز تصادفات جاده‌ای

زمینه و هدف: تصادفات جاده‌ای همه ساله خسارت مادی و معنوی زیادی را در کشور ایجاد می‌کند که جبران پیامدهای آن‌ها گاهی غیر‌ممکن است، از این‌رو شناسایی متغیرهای تاثیرگذار در وقوع تصادفات و برنامه‌ریزی برای مرتفع‌کردن آن‌ها برحسب اولویت‌ها ضرورتی اجتناب‌ناپذیر است؛ بنابراین این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل جاده‌ای و محیطی در بروز تصادفات جاده‌ای انجام شد.روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش‌های کمی گردآوری داده‌ها، پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کارشناسان‌ خبرگان و اساتید عمران پروژه‌های راه‌سازی شهر خرم‌آباد تشکیل می‌دهند که تعداد آن‌ها 50 نفر است و به‌دلیل محدودبودن جامعه آماری از روش تمام‌شمار استفاده شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: براساس یافته‌ها شش شاخص تاثیرگذار بر بروز تصادفات جاده‌ای در 2 بعد شناسایی و استخراج شد که به ترتیب  در بعد جاده کیفیت راه در رتبه اول، وجود گردنه و پیچ رتبه دوم، عرض کم جاده رتبه سوم و در بعد محیط، بارش برف و باران رتبه چهارم، طوفان و وجود گردوغبار رتبه پنجم و دما و یخ‌بندان در رتبه ششم قرار گرفتند.نتیجه‌گیری: در صورتی‌که به‌ترتیب اولویت برنامه‌ریزی مناسب و هدف‌مند برای رفع نواقص متغیرهای شناسایی‌شده صورت گیرد، شاهد کاهش تصادفات و تلفات جاده‌ای در مسیر خرم‌آباد بروجرد خواهیم بود.

background and objective: every year, road accidents cause a lot of material and moral damage in the country, which is sometimes impossible to compensate for their consequences, therefore, identifying the influencing variables in the occurrence of accidents and planning to eliminate them according to priorities is an inevitable necessity. therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of identifying and ranking road and environmental factors in the occurrence of road accidents.methodology: in terms of its objectives this study is of an applied research type in terms of quantitative data collection methods it is considered as a survey. the statistical population of this research consists of 50 experts and civil engineering professors of road construction projects in khorramabad city, and due to the limited statistical population, the total number method was used. a researchermade questionnaire was used to collect data.findings: based on the findings, six indicators affecting the incidence of road accidents were identified and extracted in 2 dimensions, respectively; in the road dimension, the quality of the road is in the first place, the presence of bends and bends in the second place, the narrow width of the road is in the third place, and in the environment dimension, snowfall and rain are in the first place. fourth, storms and the presence of dust ranked fifth, and temperature and freezing ranked sixth.results: if appropriate and targeted planning is done to eliminate the deficiencies of the identified variables, we will see a reduction in road accidents and casualties on the khorram abadboroujerd route.
