تاثیر خودروهای ترانزیتی افغانستان بر تصادفات جاده‌ای

زمینه و هدف: بسیاری از بارهایی که به مقصد کشور افغانستان حمل می شوند، به‌وسیله رانندگان افغانستانی از راه‌های استان سیستان و بلوچستان عبور می کنند. خصوصیات خودروهای مورد استفاده و رانندگان آنها با خودروها و رانندگان ایرانی تفاوت داشته و برآورده‌کننده الزامات قوانین و مقررات ایران نیستند. بنابراین لازم بود تا تحقیقی به انجام برسد و در آن تاثیر این خودروها بر تصادفات جاده ای این استان بررسی شود.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی با رویکرد پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان راهنمایی و رانندگی شامل فرماندهان، معاونان و کارشناسان تصادفات است که 227 نفر به‌روش نمونه گیری اتفاقی برای پاسخ به پرسش نامه انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته است.یافته ها: نظرسنجی انجام‌شده نشان داد که از نظر پرسش‌شوندگان تفاوت معناداری در میزان تصادفات خودروهاى ترانزیتی افغانستانی و ایرانی در محور زابل زاهدان وجود دارد. به‌نظر پرسش‌شوندگان تفاوت زیادی در تاثیر عوامل انسانی و وضعیت وسایل نقلیه افغانستانی و ایرانی بر تصادفات آنها وجود دارد. اما عوامل محیطی و راه در تصادفات هر دو گروه از خودروهای افغانستانی و ایرانی تاثیر یکسانی دارند.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به این‌که طبق نظر کارشناسان، وضعیت خودروها و رانندگان افغانی بر تصادفات جاده ای در جاده های استان سیستان و بلوچستان تاثیر دارد، پیشنهاد می شود که نهادهای ذی‌ربط نظارت بیشتری بر وضعیت این خودروها و رانندگان آنها داشته باشند.

goal: many goods transported to afghanistan pass through sistan and baluchestan province by afghan drivers. the characteristics of used cars and their drivers are different from iranian cars and drivers and do not meet the requirements of iranian laws and regulations. therefore, it was necessary to conduct a study to investigate the impact of these vehicles on road accidents in this province.method: the present study is descriptive with a survey approach. the statistical population includes traffic staff including commanders, deputies and accident experts. 227 people were selected by available sampling method to answer the questionnaire. in this study, the data collection tool is a researchermade questionnaire. spss 20 software was used for data analysis.findings: the survey showed that according to the respondents, there is a significant difference in the rate of accidents of afghan and iranian transit vehicles in the zabulzahedan rout. according to the respondents, there is a big difference in the impact of human factors and the condition of afghan and iranian vehicles on their accidents. but environmental and road factors have the same effect on accidents in both afghan and iranian vehicles.conclusion: considering that according to experts, the situation of afghan vehicles and drivers has an impact on road accidents on the roads of sistan and baluchestan province, it is suggested that the relevant institutions have more control over the situation of these vehicles and their drivers.
