تاثیر موانع دید در حاشیه راه‌ها بر تصادفات

زمینه و هدف: یکی از دلایلی که باعث بروز بسیاری از تصادفات رانندگی می شود، تاخیر در دیدن مانع است. شهرخرم‌آباد به‌دلیل داشتن تقاطع‌های زیاد، کوچه های قدیمی و بلوارهایی با گیاهان انبوه و نامناسب در حاشیه آن با مشکلات بسیاری ناشی از موانع دید رو‌به‌رو است. هدف این تحقیق، بررسی تاثیر موانع دید در حاشیه راه‌ها بر تصادفات است.روش: تحقیق حاضر برحسب هدف، کاربردی و برحسب ماهیت و روش اجرا، توصیفی تحلیلی و استنباطی و از نوع کمی است. در این تحقیق برخی تقاطع‌ها، بلوارها و معابر فرعی که از لحاظ حجم ترافیک و خصوصیات هندسی مشابه هستند ولی یکی از آنها مانع دید داشته باشد و دیگری نداشته باشد، انتخاب و دو‌به‌دو با هم مقایسه شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این تحقیق، اطلاعات تصادفات موجود و فرم کام کروکی‌های تصادفات ترسیم‌شده توسط افسران کارشناس تصادف در سال 1397 در راهنمایی و رانندگی شهر خرم‌آباد است.یافته ها: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داده است که بین وجود موانع دید در حاشیه راه‌ها و افزایش تصادفات تاثیر معناداری وجود دارد؛ یعنی تصادفات خسارتی، جرحی و فوتی در تقاطع‌ها، بلوارها و معابر فرعی که دارای مانع دید هستند، از تقاطع‌ها، بلوارها و معابر فرعی فاقد مانع دید، بیشتر است.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اثبات این که رفع موانع دید یکی از اقدامات کم‌هزینه برای افزایش ایمنی ترافیک در شهر خرم‌آباد است، بنابراین شهرداری با دقت و سخت‌گیری بیشتر برای رفع موانع دید، می تواند تا حد زیادی از تصادفات جلوگیری کند.

Investigating the effect of sight barriers on accidents (case study: Khorram abad)

Goal: One of the reasons for many traffic accidents is the delay in seeing the obstacle. The city of Khorramabad, due to having many intersections, old alleys and boulevards with dense and unsuitable plants on its outskirts, is facing many problems due to visual barriers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of sight barriers on accidentsMethod: The method of the present research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptiveanalytical, and quantitative in terms of nature and method of implementation. In this study, some intersections, boulevards and side streets that are similar in terms of traffic volume and geometric features, but one of them has a visual impairment and the other does not, have been selected and compared in pairs. The data collection tool in this research is the information of the existing accidents and the com form of the accident sketches drawn by the accident expert officers in 1397 in the traffic police of Khorramabad.Findings: The results of this study have shown that there is a significant effect between the presence of visual barriers on the side of the road and the increase of accidents. more than.Conclusion: Because removing visual barriers is one of the lowcost measures to increase traffic safety in the city of Khorramabad, so the municipality can prevent accidents largely by removing the visual barriers more carefully and strictly.
