طراحی مدل ساختاری تفسیری پیشایندهای کیفیت خدمات پلیس راهور

زمینه و هدف: پلیس راهور خدمات متعدد و متنوعی را به شهروندان ارائه می‌کند که شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ارتقای کیفیت این خدمات و روابط بین آنها می­تواند راهنمای عمل مدیران این حوزه قرار گیرد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل ساختاری تفسیری پیشایندهای کیفیت خدمات پلیس راهور انجام گرفته است.روش: در این پژوهش از تکنیک مدل­سازی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه خبرگان و صاحب­ نظران در حوزه کیفیت خدمات پلیس راهور بود که تعداد 14 نفر از آنان با روش نمونه­ گیری هدف‌مند انتخاب و پرسش‌نامه ماتریس اثرات متقاطع در اختیار آنان قرار گرفت.یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که یازده عامل در پنج سطح بر کیفیت خدمات پلیس راهور تاثیر دارند. این عوامل عبارت‌انداز: به‌کارگیری فناوری­ های نوین در ارائه خدمات، توانمندسازی نرم و سخت پلیس، ارتباط منسجم بین­بخشی در نیروی انتظامی، سرعت در ارائه خدمات، دقت در ارائه خدمات، رفتار متواضعانه در عین اقتدار، شایستگی و مهارت کارکنان، شفافیت در فرآیندهای کاری، قابلیت اعتمادپذیری، سهولت در ارائه خدمات و شرایط محیط کار.نتیجه­ گیری: با توجه به عوامل زیربنایی در سطح اول مدل، شایسته است که مدیران پلیس راهور ضمن برقراری ارتباط منسجم با سایر بخش­های ناجا، فرآیندهای کاری را شفاف کرده و نسبت به به‌کارگیری فناوری­های نوین در خدمات­رسانی به شهروندان اهتمام بیشتری داشته باشند چرا که هر نوع تغییری در این عوامل در کل سیستم اثر گذاشته و درنهایت کیفیت ارائه خدمات را ارتقا می­دهد.

Designing the Interpretive Structural Model of antecedents affecting on the Quality of Traffic Police Services

AbstractObjective: Traffic Police provides a lot of services to citizens, however, despite many advances in various fields, there is still no comprehensive model for measuring the quality of services of this specialized police. The present study aims to analyze the factors affecting the quality of traffic police services with the ISM approach.Method: In this study, interpretive structural modeling was used. Data were collected from experts who were selected through purposive sampling. After identifying the factors influencing the quality of Traffic police services, it was approved by experts.Findings: The results of interpretive structural modeling showed that among the 11 factors extracted, coherent intersectoral relationship, modest behavior during authority, empowerment, application of new technologies in service delivery, transparency in work processes were highly guided and dependent. This means that any change in them affects the whole system.Conclusion: An appropriate model for the quality of road services with eleven dimensions including application of new technologies in service delivery, soft and hard police empowerment, coherent interdepartmental communication in the police force, speed in service delivery, accuracy in service delivery, modest behavior while authority, Competence and skills of employees, transparency in work processes, reliability, ease of service delivery and work environment conditions.
