تاثیر دست افزارهای موبایلی بر اثربخشی پلیس راهنمایی و رانندگی و بازدارندگی رانندگان از ارتکاب تخلف

زمینه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر دست افزارهای موبایلی بر اثربخشی پلیس راهنمایی و رانندگی و بازدارندگی رانندگان از ارتکاب تخلف در شهر همدان است.روش: پژوهش حاضر برحسب هدف از نوع کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه‌ آماری این پژوهش متشکل از کلیه کارکنان پلیس راهنمایی و رانندگی شهرستان همدان است؛ تعداد نمونه موردنظر با روش تصادفی ساده از طریق فرمول کوکران 100 نفر به‌دست آمده است. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها، از پرسش‌نامه آگراوال و سندرز (2003) استفاده شد. در این پژوهش، تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق مدل معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم­افزار اسمارت پی ال اس انجام شد.یافته‌ها: ضریب بتا برای فرضیه‌های برقراری ارتباطات بهتر بر صرفه‌جویی زمان، 0.379؛ برقراری ارتباطات بهتر بر دردسترس‌بودن اطلاعات، 0.418؛ صرفه‌جویی زمان بر در دسترس‌بودن اطلاعات، 0.198؛ در دسترس‌بودن اطلاعات بر اثربخشی پلیس، 0.412؛ صرفه‌جویی زمان بر اثربخشی پلیس، 0.302؛ دردسترس‌بودن اطلاعات بر بازدارندگی رانندگان از ارتکاب به تخلف، 0.377 به‌دست آمده است و این فرضیه‌ها تایید شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که برقراری ارتباطات بهتر به‌دلیل استفاده از دست‌افزارهای موبایلی و دسترسی به اطلاعات برای افسران و صرفه‌جویی در زمان بر توانایی افسران در بازدارندگی رانندگان از ارتکاب به تخلف تاثیر دارد؛ هم‌چنین برقراری ارتباطات بهتر به دلیل استفاده از فناوری ارتباطات و اطلاعات توسط افسران و صرفه‌جویی در زمان و دسترسی به اطلاعات برای افسران نیز، بر اثربخشی پلیس راهنمایی و رانندگی تاثیر دارد.

The Impact of Mobile Devices on the Effectiveness of Traffic Police and Preventing Drivers from Committing Violations

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mobile software on the effectiveness of traffic police and prevent drivers from committing violations in the city of Hamadan. Method: The present study is based on the purpose of Nader coverup and in terms of nature and descriptionsurvey method. The statistical population of this study was the statistical population of the present study consisting of all employees of the traffic police of Hamadan city. The number of samples was obtained by simple random method through Cochran’s formula 100. Agrawal and Sanders (2003) questionnaire was used to collect data. In this study, data analysis was performed through structural equivalence model and the use of smart PLS software. Findings: The findings are shown, beta for your hypotheses, better communication than time saving 0.379, better communication in the absence of information 0.418, just to save time of use 0.198 Availability of information on police effectiveness 0.412, mere timesaving information on police effectiveness 0.302, availability of information on resale of drivers from promotion to offense 0.377 obtained, and these assumptions have not yet been met. Conclusion: It was concluded that communication is better due to the use of mobile software and access to information for officers and saving officers’ time in preventing drivers from being promoted to violation, also better communication due to the use of Officers’ communication and information technology, as well as saving time and access to information for officers, are also effective due to the traffic police.
