بررسی رضایت‌مندی شهروندان از سیستم اتوبوس‌رانی و اولویت‌بندی وسایل نقلیه عمومی به روش فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی

ویژگی‌های ﻛﺎﻟﺒﺪی و ﺗﻮﭘﻮﮔﺮاﻓﻲ ﺷﻬﺮ اﻳﻼم، اﻫﻤﻴﺖ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ حمل‌ونقل عمومی درون‌شهری مناسب را دوچندان ﻛﺮده اﺳﺖ. هدف این پژوهش، شناخت میزان رضایت شهروندان از سیستم اتوبوس‌رانی و انتخاب وسیله نقلیه حمل‌ونقل عمومی مناسب شهر ایلام است. این تحقیق از لحاظ روش، کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت، توصیفی و روش گردآوری داده‌ها، پیمایشی با ابزار پرسش‌نامه سنجش رضایت‌مندی رمضان‌زاده و همکاران (1396) است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، شهروندان شهر ایلام و نمونه‌گیری براساس جدول مورگان به تعداد 384 نفر به روش طبقه‌ای انجام یافته است. نتایج حاصل آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای نشان داد که ﻣﯿﺰان رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان از ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺧﻄﻮط اتوبوس‌رانی شهر ایلام در ﺳﻄﺢ پایینی قرار دارد. هم‌چنین نتایج حاصل از روش فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (ahp ) توسط نرم‌افزار expert choice  نشان داد که براساس شاخص‌های وضعیت ترافیکی، میزان کرایه، کیفیت و راحتی، ایمنی و امنیت، خودروی ون با وزن 0.313 به‌‌عنوان اولویت اول سیستم حمل‌ونقل عمومی شهر ایلام و تاکسی اینترنتی با وزن 0.257، اتوبوس با وزن 0.220 و تاکسی با وزن 0.209 به‌ترتیب در رده‌های بعدی قرار گرفتند. با توجه به یافته‌ها، می‌توان اظهار داشت که سیستم اتوبوس‌رانی شهر ایلام کارآیی لازم برای حمل‌ونقل عمومی را ندارد و راه‌اندازی ناوگان منسجمی متشکل از خودروهای ون می‌تواند به‌عنوان گزینه‌ای بهتر مدنظر مسئولان قرار گیرد.

Citizens’ satisfaction with the bus system and prioritization of public transport vehicles

The growing use of private cars has led to a number of issues, including environmental pollution, excessive densities, excessive energy and accidents. As a result, the desired way to serve and function in this sector can satisfy citizens satisfaction and reduce the volume of personal cars in the urban roads. Accordingly, the main objective of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of citizens from bus system and choose the proper public transportation vehicle for the city of Ilam. This research is applicable in terms of method, applied and in terms of descriptive analytical nature and in terms of the method of data collection method. The population of this study is citizens of city of Ilam .The sample size is based on the Morgan table, 384 people and the random sampling method is performed. The results of the Onesample t test by spss software showed that citizens’ satisfaction of service quality of bus service service in ilam is at low level. In addition, the results of analytical hierarchy process (Ahp) method by EXPERT choice showed that in terms ofcitizens, internet taxi with 0.359 weight ranked first of public cars in terms of traffic In terms of fare, bus with weight of 0.456, in terms of safety and security, high weight bus, high weight internet taxi, and overall, considering all indicators, the van was the first priority of citizens.
