Poultry meat is very popular in today’s healthy diet. despite the fact that chicken meat is widely consumed, allergy to chicken meat is rarely reported. however, we present here a case of a child with chicken meat anaphylaxis, yet who has experienced no allergies to eggs or to feathers.
