چکیده
|
Malignant adrenocortical tumor (act), a rare entity with an incidence of 1-2/million, is uncommon in pediatric population. these tumors are functional with varied endocrine syndromes, most frequent being rapidly progressing cushing syndrome with/out virilization. in males estrogen-secreting tumors lead to gynecomastia and are invariably malignant.
