شناسایی عوامل موثر بر چینش کنداکتور (جدول پخش) خبر در صداوسیما

در دوران رقابت‌های شدید خبری، مدیریت و چینش مطلوب جدول پخش خبر از‌جمله عوامل موثر در بهبود کیفیت بخش‌های خبری رادیو و تلویزیون است که کمتر مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است. صداوسیما با برخورداری از بخش‌های خبری متنوع، نیازمند آسیب‌شناسی و بهسازی جدول پخش‌های خبری خود است تا از این رهگذر بتواند با ارتقای کیفی این بخش‌های خبری، سهم خود را از مخاطبان خبر افزایش دهد. هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر چینش اخبار صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران از نگاه سردبیران خبر بوده است. براین‌اساس، پژوهش حاضر، از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌استاندارد با سردبیران بخش‌های گوناگون خبری صداوسیما و با روش تحلیل مضمون، به شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر جدول‌های پخش خبر این رسانه پرداخته است. پس از گفتگو با 6 نفر از سردبیران خبر رادیو و تلویزیون که با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند، اشباع نظری حاصل شد و در مجموع 6 مضمون فراگیر و 20 مضمون فرعی یا سازمان‌دهنده، به‌عنوان عوامل اثرگذار به دست آمد. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، مولفه‌های حرفه‌ای جدول پخش‌نویسی، شایستگی‌های فردی عوامل تحریریه، شناخت مخاطبان و فضای مجازی، ویژگی‌های بخش خبری و عناصر مدیریت پیام، از‌جمله این عوامل به شمار می‌روند. عامل اصلی دیگری که جدول پخش خبر را به شهرت‌محوری سوق داده، اعمال‌نفوذ برون‌سازمانی است. براین‌اساس، تنوع قالبی و محتوایی، بهره‌گیری از نیروی انسانی خلاق، بهبود ساختار سازمانی و استقلال هر‌چه بیشتر سردبیری خبر در صداوسیما بر مبنای سیاست‌های سازمانی و منافع ملی برای بهتر شدن چینش جدول پخش خبر ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

Identifying the Factors Influencing the Arrangement of the Broadcasting News Schedule in IRIB

While there is an intense news competition, arranging news broadcasting schedule is one of the effective factors to improve the quality of radio and television news programs. Since radio and television (IRIB) has various news programs, it needs pathology and improvement of the news broadcast schedule in order to increase the quality of these news programs and increase it’s audiences. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the arrangement of IRIB news programs from the perspective of news editors. This research identified the factors influencing the news broadcast schedule of IRIB through semistandard interviews with the editors of various news sections using the theme analysis method. After interviewing 6 radio and television news editors who were selected by purposive sampling, theoretical saturation was achieved and a total of 6 comprehensive themes and 20 subthemes or organizing themes were obtained as influential factors. The findings showed that the influencing factores are: Qualification in arrangement of news broadcast schedule, competencies of the editors, khnowing the audience and cyberspace, the characteristics of the news section and the message management elements. Another major factor driving the news broadcast schedule to fameoriented is external influencing factors. So, it seems nessesory to have format and content diversity, using creative human resource, the improvement of organizational structure and the increasing independence of news editing based on organizational policies and national interests inorder to improve news broadcast arrangement.
