ارزیابی روشهای جاگذاری ایمپلنت: روش معمول در مقابل روش آناتومیک قرار دهی فوری ایمپلنت در نواحی زیبایی

مقدمه: مطالعات اندکی ایمپلنت گذاری فوری در ناحیه زیبایی را مورد بررسی قرار داده اند؛ لذا به علت کمبود گزارشات کلینیکی، هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی دو روش ایمپلنت گذاری فوری آناتومیک و معمول، در ناحیه‌ی زیبایی از نظر موقعیت و زاویه صحیح ایمپلنت بود.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، افراد سالم بالغ که حداقل یک دندان غیر قابل نگداری در قدام ماگزیلا داشتند و کاندید ایمپلنت فوری بودند،  وارد مطالعه شدند. 24 بیمار به دو گروه تقسیم شدند. در یک گروه، ایمپلنت گذاری به روش معمول انجام گردید و درگروه دیگر، روش آناتومیک برای قرار دادن ایمپلنت استفاده شد. موقعیت و زاویه ایمپلنت از لحاظ مزیودیستالی و باکولینگوالی با استفاده ازاسکنرهای داخل دهانی در هر دو گروه ارزیابی شد ونتایج دو گروه بایکدیگر مقایسه شد. موقعیت ایمپلنت بصورت ایده آل/پایین تراز ایده آل ، مزیالی/دیستالی ، باکالی/لینگوالی بیان گردید. از آزمون­های کای دو و دقیق فیشر برای پاسخ به اهداف پژوهش استفاده شد. آزمون­­ها در سطح خطای پنج درصد و با استفاده از نسخه 27 نرم­افزار spss انجام شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد قرار دهی فوری ایمپلنت به روش معمول و آناتومیک ازنظر موقعیت مزیودیستال (0.414:p-value) و باکولینگوالی (0.591:p-value)، زاویه مزیودیستالی (0.230:p-value) و باکولینگوالی (0.461:p-value) از لحاظ آماری تفاوت معناداری با یکدیگر نداشته اند.نتیجه گیری: هنگام قرار دادن ایمپلنت بصورت فوری، برای انتخاب روش معمول یا آناتومیک باید شرایط دهان و دندان بیمار و نظر جراح در نظر گرفته شود و ازنظر زاویه و موقعیت قرار گیری ایمپلنت هیچ کدام از این روش ها برتری نداشت.

evaluating implant placement techniques: anatomical versus conventional immediate placement in the esthetic zone

background: few studies have explored immediate implant placement in the esthetic zone. given the limited clinical data, this study aimed to this study aimed to compare anatomical and conventional immediate implantation techniques in the esthetic area in terms of implant position and angulation.methods and materials: this study included healthy adults who had at least one hopeless tooth in the anterior maxilla and were candidates for immediate implantation. a total of 24 consecutive patients were enrolled and then randomly divided into two equal groups and received dental implants using either conventional and anatomical implantation techniques. intraoral scanners were used to evaluate the position and angulation of installed implants. implant position and angulation were categorized as optimal/suboptimal, mesial/distal and buccal/lingual. these parameters were compared between the two groups using chi-square and fisher’s exact test. the tests were performed at a 5% error level and using spss version 27 software.results: a total of 24 patients  participated in this study. there were no statistically significant differences between the two methods in terms of implant position (mesiodistal: p = 0.414; buccolingual: p = 0.591) or angulation (mesiodistal: p = 0.230; buccolingual: p = 0.461).conclusion: immediate implant placement using either the anatomical or conventional technique showed no significant differences in terms of implant position or angulation. hence, the choice of method should be based on the patient’s clinical findings and the clinician’s preference.
