بررسی میزان رضایت‌مندی اساتید و دانشجویان در استفاده از رادیوگرافی کانونشنال و دیجیتال در بخش اندودانتیکس دانشکده دندانپزشکی مشهد

مقدمه: کاربرد رادیوگرافی دیجیتال در مراکز آموزشی و دانشکده‌های دندانپزشکی برای غلبه بر مشکلات آموزشی و همچنین بایگانی رادیوگرافی‌های گرفته شده از بیماران ضروری به نظر می‌رسد، اما دیدگاه دانشجویان و اساتید در این زمینه کمتر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه بررسی میزان رضایت‌مندی اساتید و دانشجویان در استفاده از رادیوگرافی کانونشنال و دیجیتال در بخش اندودانتیکس دانشکده دندانپزشکی مشهد بود.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه بر روی اساتید گروه درمان ریشه و 155 دانشجوی دندانپزشکی مشهد انجام گرفت. ابزار پژوهش شامل دو پرسش‌نامه خود ساخته بود. پرسش‌نامه اول مربوط به کیفیت آموزشی درمان ریشه بود که توسط اساتید تکمیل شد. پرسش‌نامه دوم مربوط به رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان از انجام درمان‌ با استفاده از رادیوگرافی‌های دیجیتال و کانونشنال در بخش اندودانتیکس بود. اطلاعات ثبت شد و سپس داده ها بر اساس آزمون کای اسکوئر و فیشر مقایسه شد.یافته ها: میانگین نمره کل پرسش‌نامه اساتید بر اساس جمع نمرات بدست آمده از همه سئوالات تقسیم بر تعداد سئوالات 0/39±4/23 (3/64 تا 4/82) و بین حالت‌های بهتر شده و خیلی بهتر شده قرار داشت. از دیدگاه اساتید، تصویر برداری دیجیتال در زمینه‌ی آموزش دانشجویان بر رادیوگرافی کانونشنال برتری دارد. میانگین نمره رضایت‌مندی از کل پرسش‌نامه دانشجویان، در گروه کانونشنال، 0/46±2/74 و در گروه دیجیتال 0/55±3/87 بود. متوسط رضایت‌مندی در گروه دیجیتال نسبت به گروه کانونشنال از نظر آماری به‌طور معنی‌داری بیشتر بود (0/001>p). نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر می‌توان گفت که رادیوگرافی دیجیتال سبب بهبود آموزش از نظر اساتید و رضایت دانشجویان شده بود.

investigating the satisfaction of professors and students with the use of conventional and digital radiography in the endodontics department of mashhad dental school

introduction: digital radiography seems necessary for overcoming educational problems and archiving radiographs taken from patients; nonetheless, the views of students and professors about this issue have been less studied. therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the satisfaction of professors and students with the use of conventional and digital radiography in the endodontics department of mashhad dental school.materials and methods: this study was conducted on the professors of the department of root therapy and 155 dental students in mashhad. the research tool consisted of two researcher-made questionnaires. the first questionnaire was about the quality of the root therapy that was completed by the professors. the second questionnaire was about students’ satisfaction with the use of digital and conventional radiography in the endodontics section. the information was recorded, and the data were then compared using chi-square and fisher tests.results: the findings of this study demonstrated that from professors’ point of view, digital imaging in dentistry had better quality, shorter time, and less error, and professors’ satisfaction was significantly higher. moreover, students had a more positive opinion of digital imaging in terms of quality, less time, less error, and less student congestion. finally, students were more satisfied with digital imaging (p=0.05).conclusion: as evidenced by the obtained results, it can be concluded that digital radiography improved the education and satisfaction of both groups of students and professors.
