مقایسه‌ی تطبیقی توصیه ‌نامه های ارائه خدمات دندانپزشکی در ایران در زمان پاندمی covid-19 با مرور سریع کاکرین

مقدمه: به علت قدرت انتقال بالای بیماری کووید19 از طریق آئروسل‌های دهانی شیوه‌نامه هایی جهت پیشگیری از انتشار این بیماری از راه خدمات دندانپزشکی ارائه شد. موسسه کاکرین در ماه می سال 2020، با انتشار مقاله‌ای، به بررسی توصیه‌های مربوط به بازگشایی مجدد مراکز دندانپزشکی و نحوه ارائه خدمات دندانپزشکی در 11 کشور مختلف پرداخته است. در این پژوهش توصیه‌نامه‌های منتشر شده در ایران با مقاله مروری سریع تهیه شده توسط موسسه کاکرین مقایسه شد. مواد و روش‌ها: نویسندگان توصیه‌نامه های ارائه خدمات دندانپزشکی منتشر شده از سوی وزارت بهداشت از ابتدای شیوع پاندمی را  با مقاله مرور سریعکاکرین مقایسه کردند. تفاوت‌ها و شباهت‌ها استخراج و در جداولی وارد شد. در صورت وجود اختلاف نظر بین محققین، نظر نهایی با مشورت با اساتید رشته سلامت دهان و دندانپزشکی اجتماعی اعمال شد. جهت اطمینان از شواهد علمی معتبر برای پیشنهادات شیوه نامه ها، پایگاه های علمی google scholar  و  pubmed مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: بررسی تفاوت‌های توصیه‌نامه ارائه خدمات دندانپزشکی در ایران، با مقاله مروری کاکرین شواهد را به 5 دسته تقسیم کرده بود. در بررسی توسط نویسندگان، دو گروه دیگر مضاف بر طبقه بندی کاکرین، در شیوه نامه های پیشنهادی ایران استخراج شد. تفاوت های بین توصیه‌نامه‌ها برای اصلاح نسخه‌های آینده مورد توجه قرار گرفت. بحث: پیشنهاد می‌گردد در ارائه برخی گزاره‌های توصیه‌نامه داخلی بازنگری صورت گیرد تا امکان شیوع بیماری کووید19 بین کارکنان مراکز دندانپزشکی به حداقل برسد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به عدم انطباق کامل توصیه‌نامه ها، با اصلاح مغایرت ها می توان یکپارچگی در رعایت نکات حفاظتی را شاهد بود.

Comparative Study of Recommendations for Dental Care Delivery in Iran with a Rapid Review of Cochrane during the COVID19 Pandemic

Introduction: Due to the high transmissibility of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID19) through oral aerosols, guidelines were provided to prevent the spread of this disease through dental services. The Cochrane Institute published an article on May 13, 2020, reviewing recommendations for reopening dental centers and ways of providing dental services in 11 different countries. In this study, the recommendations published in Iran were compared with the rapid review prepared by the Cochrane Institute. Materials and Methods: The authors compared the recommendations for dental services published by Iran’s Ministry of Health from the beginning of the pandemic outbreak with the rapid review prepared by the Cochrane Institute. Differences and similarities were extracted and tabulated in tables. In case of disagreement between researchers, the final opinion was adopted in consultation with the professors of community oral health. Google Scholar and PubMed databases were searched to ensure valid scientific evidence for the methodological suggestions. Results: The study of the differences between the recommendation for providing dental services in Iran and the Cochrane review article divided the evidence into five categories. In this study, two other groups, in addition to the Cochrane classification, were extracted from the proposed guidelines of Iran. Differences between recommendations were noted for modification employed in future versions. Discussion: It is suggested that some of the statements of the Iranian recommendations be reviewed to minimize the possibility of the spread of COVID19 disease among the staff of dental centers. Conclusion: Due to the complete noncompliance of the recommendations, the integrity in observing the protective points would be possible by correcting the discrepancies.
