چالش‌های روابط والد- نوجوان: یک مطالعه کیفی

مقدمه: چالش‌های والد نوجوان یکی از مهم‌ترین مشکلات خانواده‌های امروزی است. با توجه به خلا و شکاف پژوهشی موجود در زمینه بررسی کیفی مشکلات والد نوجوان در کشور، پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی و تحلیل چالش‌های والد نوجوان صورت گرفت.روش‌: این پژوهش به روش کیفی و از نوع تحلیل محتوا بود. داده‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و از طریق مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته فردی، با 17 والد و نوجوان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز روانشناسی و مشاوره جمع‌آوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق روش تحلیل محتوای قراردادی صورت گرفت؛ که پس از پیاده کردن مصاحبه‌های ضبط شده روی کاغذ و غوطه‌وری در تحلیل داده‌ها، کدهای اولیه استخراج شد. جهت تعیین طبقات اصلی، کدهای اولیه در چند مرحله بازبینی، بررسی و طبقه‌بندی شد.یافته‌ها: در تحلیل داده‌ها 574 کد اولیه به دست آمد. این کدها که در 13 زیر مضمون و 5 مضمون شامل: شکاف نسلی، نارسایی در کیفیت رابطه، ناکارآمدی راهبردهای تربیتی، تضاد دیدگاه نو و سنتی و مشکلات درون فردی و میان فردی استخراج و به‌عنوان چالش‌های اصلی والد نوجوان طبقه‌بندی شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد؛ که والدین و نوجوانان با چالش‌های پیچیده‌ای در روابط فی‌مابین مواجه هستند. توجه به این چالش‌ها می‌تواند خانواده‌ها را در ایجاد روابط بهتر با نوجوانان یاری کند.

Challenges of Parent-Adolescent Relationship: A Qualitative Study

Introduction: Nowadays, challenges of parentadolescent relationship is one of the main problems of families. According to the lack and gap of qualitative study of parentadolescent problems in the existing research in the country, this study aimed to identify and analyze challenges of parentadolescent relationship.Method: This qualitative study was performed using content analysis. Data were collected using purposive sampling and individual semistructured indepth interviews with 17 parents and adolescents who referred to counselling and psychology centers. Data were analyzed using conventional content analysis. After transcribing recorded interviews and data analysis, initial codes were extracted. To determine the main classes, initial cods were revised, surveyed, and classified in several steps.Results: After data analysis, 574 initial codes were obtained. These codes were categorized into 13 subthemes and 5 themes including the generation gap, insufficiency in relationship quality, educational strategies dysfunction, modern and traditional perspectives conflict, and intrapersonal and interpersonal problems as the main challenges of parentadolescent relationship.Conclusion: According to the results, parents and adolescents face complex challenges in the relationship with each other. Attention to these challenges can help families to create better relationships with adolescents.
