تبیین ادراکات والدین از چالش‌های تربیت جنسی پسران نوجوان؛ یک مطالعه کیفی

مقدمه: عدم تربیت صحیح و به موقع جنسی باعث به خطر افتادن سلامت جسم و روان نوجوانان خواهد شد. مطالعات نشان می‌دهد اغلب والدین در زمینه‌ی تربیت جنسی نوجوانان، با چالش مواجه هستند؛ که در این میان اطلاعات اندکی در مورد تربیت جنسی پسران نوجوان به ویژه در ایران وجود دارد. هدف از این پژوهش تبیین تجارب و ادراکات والدین از چالش‌های تربیت جنسی پسران نوجوان بود.روش‌: این مطالعه با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی در سال 1395 انجام شد. داده‌ها با انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته فردی و بحث گروهی متمرکز؛ با 25 نفر از والدین ساکن شهر اهواز که دارای نوجوان پسر 19-10 سال بوده و به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب شدند، جمع‌آوری و سپس از طریق تحلیل محتوای کیفی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به ظهور 29 کد و 7 مضمون فرعی (تضاد دیدگاه والدین، سردرگمی والدین، موانع ارتباطی با نوجوان، تعدد و پیچیدگی منابع دریافت اطلاعات جنسی، تابوهای فرهنگی، عدم درک ضرورت آموزش جنسی، نقش گم شده مدرسه در تربیت جنسی) و یک مضمون اصلی (چالش برانگیز بودن تربیت جنسی در پسران نوجوان) گردید.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر بیانگر مهارت ناکافی والدین در برقراری ارتباط با پسران نوجوان بود؛ که بخش عمده آن نشات گرفته از تابوهای فرهنگی از جمله شرم و حیاء و ترس از شکستن حرمت‌ها بین والدین و فرزندان بود. لذا توانمندسازی والدین برای تربیت جنسی فرزندان، همراه با نهادینه شدن آموزش‌های رسمی تربیت جنسی در قالب شیوه‌های فرزند پروری ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

Parents' Perceptions of Challenges of Male Adolescent's Sexual Education: A Qualitative Study

Introduction: The lack of accurate and timely sex education would endanger the physical and mental health of adolescents. Parents play an important role in the sexual education of adolescents, but they meet some challenges especially in Iran. The aim of this study was to describe the experiences and perceptions of parents' challenges of sexual education of male adolescents. Method: This qualitative study was conducted using content analysis method in 2016. Data were collected by semistructured group interviews with 25 parents of 1019yearold adolescents who were living in Ahvaz and selected using purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed by qualitative content analysis.Results: After data analysis, 29 codes, 7 subthemes (contradiction of parental views, parental confusion, barriers to communication with adolescents, the multiplicity and complexity of the sources of sexual information, cultural taboos, the lack of understanding of the need for sexual education, the missed role of school in sexual education) and one main theme (challenges of sexual education in male adolescents) were obtained.Conclusion: The results of this study show that parents had inadequate skills in communicating with male adolescents, most of which derived from cultural taboos such as shame and hide and fear of breaking divorce between parents and adolescents. Therefore, the parental empowerment for the sexual education of adolescents with institutionalizing formal sexual education in the form of childrearing practices is essential.
