تبیین ابعاد شخصیتی شایستگی مشاوران از دیدگاه مشاوران موفق: یک مطالعه کیفی

مقدمه: دگرگونی جامعه از حالتی ساده و ابتدایی به وضعیتی بغرنج و پیچیده، روز به روز نیاز به متخصصین حوزه بهداشت روان؛ به ویژه مشاوران را ضروری تر می کند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ابعاد شخصیتی شایستگی مشاوران از دیدگاه مشاوران موفق بود.روش : این مطالعه به روش کیفی و با استفاده از رویکرد پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تعداد 20 مشاور (مصاحبه شونده) از میان مشاوران مراکز مشاوره شمیم سپاه در سال 1395 برای شرکت در پژوهش انتخاب شدند. همه مصاحبه ها ضبط و سپس خط به خط دست نویس شد و در نهایت با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا، تحلیل گردید.یافته ها: تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها منجر به شناسایی و طبقه بندی 14 مضمون اصلی (مسئولیت پذیری، واگرا اندیشی، منظم بودن، واقع بینی، انعطاف پذیری، جسارت، نقدپذیری، تجربه جویی، پشتکار، خلاقیت، محتاط بودن، اصالت، امیدواری و سازگاری بالا) و 46 مضمون فرعی در زمینه ابعاد شخصیتی شایستگی مشاوران شد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش، می تواند در کمک به ارزیابی مشاوران از سطح شایستگی و خود کارآمدی خویش و در تدوین برنامه های آموزشی مشاوران و انتصاب مشاورین شایسته، توسط تصمیم گیرندگان و سیاست گذاران حوزه سلامت و بهداشت روانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Personality Dimensions of Counselors' Competency from the Perspective of Successful Counselors: A Qualitative Study

Introduction: Transformation of society from a simple and elementary state to a complicated and complex one, makes necessary the daytoday need of the specialists of mental health realm, especially counselors. The aim of this study was to investigate the personality dimensions of counselors' Competency from the perspective of successful counselors.Method: This qualitative study was conducted using phenomenological approach. Among counselors of Shamim counseling centers of Sepah in 2016, 20 counselors were selected using purposive sampling, and then, interviewed. All the interviews were taperecorded and transcribed line by line, and finally, were analyzed through content analysis.Results: After data analysis, 14 main themes (responsibility, divergent thinking, disciplined, realism, flexibility, courage, openness to criticism, adventure, hard worker, creativity, cautiousness, Authenticity, hopefulness, and high adjustment) and 46 subthemes in the field of personality dimensions of counselors' competencies were identified and classified.Conclusion: The results of this study can help counselors to evaluate their competency and selfefficacy, and can be useful in developing counseling training programs and appointing competent counselors by decisionmakers and policymakers in the field of mental health.
