تبیین تجارب کارکنان بهداشتی در زمینه موانع آموزش مراجعه‌کنندگان مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان قائم‌شهر: یک مطالعه کیفی

مقدمه: ارائه یک آموزش اثربخش توسط کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی، اهمیت فوق العاده ای در افزایش کیفیت خدمات بهداشتی و بهبود زندگی بیماران دارد. آموزش اثربخش با چالش های مختلفی روبرو است؛ که این امر منجر به بهره not;وری پایین افراد خبره و باتجربه ارائه دهنده مراقبت بهداشتی می not;شود. هدف از این مطالعه کیفی، تبیین تجارب کارکنان بهداشتی در زمینه موانع آموزش مراجعه not;کنندگان مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان قائم شهر بود.روش : این مطالعه از نوع کیفی و با روش تحلیل محتوا در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان قائم شهر انجام شد. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته با روش های بحث گروهی متمرکز؛ و مصاحبه انفرادی با مشارکت 20 نفر از کارکنان مراقبت سلامت که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و نظری انتخاب شدند، گردآوری گردید. داده ها به روش تحلیل محتوای عرفی (قراردادی) و با تکنیک لاندمن و گرانهیم، مورد تحلیل و تفسیر قرار گرفت.یافته ها: پس از بررسی و تحلیل داده not;ها 4 مقوله اصلی و 15 زیر مقوله استخراج شد. مقولات اصلی شامل چالش های ساختاری، شرایط کاری نامناسب، فقدان دانش تخصصی یکپارچه؛ و روش not;های آموزشی ناکارآمد بود.نتیجه گیری: موانع ساختاری، اصلی ترین مانع ارائه یک آموزش اثربخش توسط کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی است. همچنین، بستر یک آموزش مناسب فراهم نیست و کارکنان با وجود تلاش های فراوان، در ارائه آموزش مفید ناتوان هستند. ضروریست سیاست های آموزشی تغییر یابند و با بهره گیری از نیروی متخصص و کنار گذاشتن چالش های کلان، آموزش با کیفیت تر و اثربخش تری ارائه گردد.

Explaining the Experiences of Health Care Providers about Barriers of Client Education in Ghaemshahr Health Centers: A Qualitative Study

Introduction: Providing an effective education by healthcare workers is very important in improving the quality of health services and patients' lives. Effective education faces a variety of challenges, which results in the low productivity of experienced health care providers. The aim of this study was to explain the experiences of health care providers about barriers of client education in Ghaemshahr health centers.Method: This qualitative research was conducted by content analysis method in Ghaemshahr healthcare centers. Data were collected by semistructured interviews through focus group discussion and individual interviews with 20 healthcare staff that were selected by purposive and theoretical sampling. Data were analyzed and interpreted using conventional content analysis with Lundman and Graneheim technique.Results: After data analysis, 4 main themes and 15 subthemes were extracted. The main themes include structural challenges, inappropriate working conditions, lack of integrated professional knowledge, and inefficient teaching methods.Conclusion: Structural barriers are the main obstacle for providing an effective education by healthcare workers. Also, there is not a context for proper training, and despite many efforts, staff are incapable of providing an effective education. Educational policies need to be changed and client education whould be provided with higher quality and more effectively by employing expert forces and putting aside big challenges.
