بررسی عوامل موثر در ترک موفق سوءمصرف مواد مخدر با رویکرد گراندد تئوری

مقدمه: یکی از دغدغه های متخصصان حوزه ترک سوءمصرف مواد، ماندگاری در ترک است. این مطالعه باهدف تعیین عوامل موثر در ترک موفق، انجام شد. روش : پژوهش حاضر به روش کیفی، گراندد تئوری در سال 1395 در شهر زنجان انجام شد. 15 نفر با سابقه سوءمصرف مواد که حداقل 4 سال از زمان ترک آنان سپری شده بود، با نمونه گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند؛ و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته جهت گردآوری داده ها صورت گرفت. روش تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل مقایسه ای مداوم، به وسیله نسخه 10 نرم افزار nvivo انجام شد. یافته ها:با انجام کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، مقوله مرکزی این پژوهش، گام های معطوف به ترک موفق سوءمصرف مواد مخدر نامیده شد. شرایط زمینه ای شامل نگاه بدون سانسور به زندگی، امید برای بازگشت و آگاهی از مسیر بازگشت بود و شرایط علّی شامل درماندگی انگیزاننده، منابع انگیزشی، ویژگی های شخصیتی و انتخاب روش کارآمد ترک بود. شرایط میانجی مقوله های دین و مذهب، منابع یاریگری و تغییر نگرش بود. استراتژی ها شامل مکانیسم های خود افشایی، تمسک به خداوند، دوری جستن از محیط های مساعد مصرف، یادآوری دوران سخت اعتیاد و شبکه سازی اجتماعی بود؛ از سوی دیگر بازیابی مسئولیت های گذشته، درک لذت های جدید زندگی، شکل گیری و رشد ویژگی های کارآمد شخصی پیامدهای ترک موفق عنوان شد. نتیجه گیری: ترک موفق پدیده ای دفعی نیست، نیازمند شکلگیری برخی شرایط و انجام برخی استراتژی ها است؛ که منجر به پیامدهایی محسوسی می گردد؛ که فرد را در ادامه مسیر ترک تقویت نموده و موجب ثبات در ترک می گردد.

Investigation of the Factors Affecting Successful Treatment of Drug Abuse with Grounded Theory Approach

Introduction: One of the concerns of specialists of drug abuse treatment is stabilization in the treatment. The aim of this study was to determine the effective factors in the successful treatment of drug abuse.Method: This qualitative study with Grounded theory approach, was conducted in Zanjan in 2016. Fifteen subjects with a history of drug abuse, who were treated for at least 4 years, were selected through snowball sampling. Data were collected through semistructured interviews and analyzed using constant comparative analysis method (Strauss and Corbin) by Nvivo 10 software.Results: Using open, axial, and selective coding, the main theme of this study was Steps to successful treatment of drug abuse . Contextual conditions include the uncensored look at life, the hope of return, the awareness of the return path, and the causative conditions include motivational helplessness, motivational resources, personality traits, and choosing an efficient treatment method. Intervening conditions include religion, helpful resources, and attitude change. And strategies include mechanisms of selfdisclosure, trust in God, getting away from the environments conducive to drug consumption, recalling the difficulties of addiction period and social networking. The main outcomes of the successful treatment include retaking family and social responsibilities, comprehending new pleasures of life, and development and growth of efficient personality traits.Conclusion: Successful treatment of drug abuse doesn rsquo;t occur suddenly and requires some conditions and strategies leading to observable outcomes that encourage people to not leave the path of treatment and consequently, stabilize the treatment. The results of this study can be useful for drug abusers and specialists of drug abuse treatment.
