تبیین تجارب دانشجویان رشته پرستاری درباره بهداشت دست در محیط‌های کارآموزی

مقدمه: بهداشت دست موثرترین روش برای مقابله با عفونتهای بیمارستانی است علیرغم اینکه در تحقیقات گذشته این موضوع در پرستاران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است با این حال پژوهشگران به موضوع بهداشت دست در دانشجویان پرستاری توجهی نداشته اند. بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف تببین تجارب دانشجویان پرستاری از دانشجویان پرستاری درباره بهداشت دست در محیطهای کارآموزی انجام شد. مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه به روش کیفی و رویکردآنالیز محتوی انجام شد. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات، از مصاحبه استفاده شد. مطالعه با نمونه گیری هدفمند شروع و در طی تکامل طبقات، با نمونه گیری نظری ادامه یافت. تعداد 26 نفر به مدت 3 ماه مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تجزیه و تحلیل مداوم مقایسه ای استفاده گردید. یافته ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد در این مطالعه عوامل فردی (اعتقاد به بهداشت دست، آگاهی و دانش، فراموشی و مشکلات پوستی)، عوامل محیطی (فضای فیزیکی، امکانات و تجهیزات،کمبود وقت) و عوامل انگیزشی (علاقه و انگیزه فردی، عکس العمل و رفتار مربی و پرسنل و عکس العمل همکلاسی ها) به عنوان کدهای سطح سوم تببین تجارب دانشجویان پرستاری از دانشجویان پرستاری درباره بهداشت دست پدیدار شد. در این مطالعه دست شستن در بیمارستان یک اقدام واجب شرطی به معنای شستن دست به شرط مساعد بودن عوامل سه گانه فردی، محیطی و انگیزشی، به عنوان درون مایه اصلی از داده ها استخراج گردید. نتیجه گیری : رعایت بهداشت دست یک رفتار پیچیده است که عوامل مختلفی (عوامل انگیزشی، فردی و محیطی) برآن تاثیر می گذارد. جهت بهبود رعایت بهداشت دست در دانشجویان پرستاری، نیاز به استراتژی های چند وجهی می باشد.

Exploration of experiences of nursing students in regard to hand hygiene in training environment

Introduction: Hand hygiene is the most effective strategy to combating nosocomial infection. Although previous studies have explored the importance of hand hygiene among nurses, no attention has been paid to hand hygiene among nursing students. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the goal of exploring the experiences of nursing students in regard to hand hygiene in training environment. Method: This qualitative research was performed using the content analysis approach. Data were collected through interviews. The study was started with purposive sampling and continued with theoretical sampling during categorization. The 26 participants were interviewed during 3 months. The data were analyzed using the constant comparative analysis method. Results: Through data analysis, individual factors (hand health belief, knowledge, amnesia, skin problems), environmental factors (physical space, facilities and equipment, and time limitation), and motivational factors (individual interest and motivation, reactions and behavior of instructor and staff, and reaction of classmates) were achieved as third codes of the experiences of hand hygiene. Moreover, ldquo;handwashing in hospitals as an obligatory conditional practice rdquo; emerged as the main theme meaning handwashing was performed in favorable conditions in terms of individual, environmental, and motivational factors. Conclusion: The main theme indicates that to implement this important issue and eliminate the challenges to its implementation it is necessary to pay attention to different factors and provide all the prerequisites. Thus, in order to conventionalize repeated handswashing among students in the hospital, holding regular workshops, seminars, and journal clubs in hospitals and in schools is recommended.
