کیفیت مراقبت در بخش ویژه قلب از نگاه پرستاران: تحلیل محتوا

مقدمه: پرستاران مرجع مطلوبی برای گزارش کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری بوده و استفاده از دیدگاه آنان در ارزیابی کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری به عنوان یک شاخص معتبر مطرح می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه تبیین کیفیت مراقبت در بخش ویژه قلب از نگاه پرستاران بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر یک تحقیق کیفی بود که در آن از نمونهگیری مبتنی بر هدف با حداکثر تنوع استفاده شد و 23 مشارکت کننده در سمنان طی سالهای 921391 با سوالات باز مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. روش اصلی جمعآوری دادهها، مصاحبههای نیمه ساختار یافته بود. مصاحبهها به صورت دیجیتالی ضبط و بلافاصله کلمه به کلمه نوشته شد و به روش تحلیل محتوا مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: با تجزیه و تحلیل یافتهها از مجموع مضمونهای استخراج شده، مضمون اصلی »ضرورت مدیریت پرستاری اثربخش « انتزاع شد. زیرطبقات شامل »منابع انسانی کافی و کارآمد «، »ارتباط انسانی «، »سازماندهی عملکرد پرستار «، »محیط مطلوب و وسایل، تجهیزات و امکانات مناسب « بود. نتیجهگیری: نتایج این مطالعه تجارب پرستاران شاغل در بخش مراقبت ویژه قلب را بر کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری در این بخش تبیین نمود. برخورداری از مدیریت پرستاری اثربخش جهت تامین منابع و روابط انسانی از ضروریات لاینفک به منظور حفظ و ارتقاء کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری در بخش مراقبت ویژه قلب می باشد.

Care Quality in Critical Cardiac Units from Nurses Perspective: A Content analysis

Introduction: Nurses are an ideal source to report on the quality of care and the uses of their perspective is a valid index in assessment of the quality of nursing care. The aim of this study was to explore the quality of nursing care from the perspective of nurses in critical cardiac units. Method: This was a qualitative study in which purposive sampling was used with maximum variation and 23 participants were interviewed with openended questions in Semnan during 20122013. The main method of data collection was semistructured interviews. The interviews were digitally recorded, immediately transcribed word by word, and analyzed using content analysis method. Results: By data analysis of extracted contexts, the main theme abstracted was the need for effective nursing management . Subthemes include adequate and efficient human resources , human relationships , organized nursing performance , and appropriate environment and suitable tools, equipment, and facilities . Conclusion: The results of this study explored employed nurses' experiences on quality of nursing care in critical cardiac care units. Having effective nursing management for providing resources and human relationships are essential to maintaining and improving the quality of nursing care in critical cardiac units.
