واکاوی مولفه‌های رفتار اخلاقی پرستاران با همراهان بیمار با بهره‌گیری از تئوری اخلاق فضیلت محور

مقدمه: از آن جا که مفهوم اخلاق به صورت عمیق در حرفه پرستاری ریشه دوانده است، جهت ارتقای اخلاقیات در این حرفه حساس تنها تدوین کدهای اخلاقی کافی نیست و انجام تحقیقات کیفی در زمینه های مختلف که قادر به استخراج مضامین پنهان اخلاقی در زمینه موردنظر باشند، ضروری می نماید. از این رو مساله اصلی پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و معرفی مولفه ها و زیرمولفه های رفتار اخلاقی پرستاران بافضیلت بیمارستان های دولتی شهر مشهد در ارتباط با همراهان بیمار بود. روش : این مطالعه از نوع تحقیقات کیفی بود و بر پایه استراتژی تحلیل محتوا انجام شد. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته عمیق و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی قراردادی استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه پرستاران نمونه کشوری بیمارستان های دولتی شهر مشهد تشکیل دادند که با توجه به کفایت نمونه گیری، 14 نفر مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: یافته های حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبه ها دربرگیرنده 13 زیرمولفه بود که در قالب 4 مولفه اصلی »تکریم همراهان بیمار، حمایت اطلاعاتی، جوانمردی و همدلی احساسی « انتزاع گردید. نتیجه گیری: پرستاران بافضیلت نه تنها در مقابل بیماران، بلکه در خصوص همراهان و خانواده آن ها نیز خود را مسوول می دانند و تمام تلاش خود را در جهت درک شرایط آنان و ارایه رهنمودهای مناسب برای گذر از این مرحله تنش زا ارایه می نمایند. همچنین جوانمردی در قبال همراهان بیمار یکی از مولفه های انتزاع شده در پژوهش بود که نشان دهنده روحیه فضلت جوی پرستاران می باشد.

An Analysis of Nurses Ethical Behavior toward Persons Accompanying a Patient Based on the Theory of Virtue Ethics

Introduction: Since the concepts of ethics and morality are deeply rooted in professional nursing, upholding such concepts in this sensitive profession would not simply be achieved by developing new codes of ethics. Thus, descriptive researches in different fields capable of exploring latent ethical aspects of the relevant field are deemed essential. Therefore, the main objective of the current research is to explore and identify the ethical components of nurses' behavior towards the persons accompanying the patients at public hospitals of Mashhad, Iran. Method: The current paper is a descriptive research drawing upon the strategy of content analysis. Semistructured deep interviews were used to collect data, and in order to analyze the collected data, descriptive content analysis was employed. the research population included all the exemplar nurses at public hospitals in Mashhad. The study samples consisted of 14 nurses. Results: The 4 main themes of respect for persons accompanying a patient, informational support, magnanimity, and empathy, and 13 subcategories emerged from data analysis. Conclusion: As revealed by the findings, virtuous nurses not only felt responsible for the patients, but also for persons accompanying them and their relatives. These nurses had done all in their power to understand the gravity of their situation and console them, and offer them counsel in order to pull through this stressful phase. Moreover, magnanimity towards the persons accompanying the patient was a component, abstracted in this research, which illustrated the virtuous spirit of the nurses.
