درک پرستاران از عوامل موثر بر آموزش به بیمار: تحلیل محتوای کیفی

مقدمه: آموزش به بیمار، یکی از اجزای مهم و ارزشمند و از جمله شاخص های عملکرد پرستار حرفه ای و نشان دهنده توسعه حرفه ای می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تبیین تجارب پرستاران از عوامل موثر بر آموزش به بیمار انجام گرفت.روش : این پژوهش از نوع کیفی بود و در آن 20 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های آموزشی و درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه در سال 931392 بر اساس نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از مصاحبه های عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. همه مصاحبه ها ضبط و سپس دست نویس گردید و با استفاده از روش مقایسه ای مداوم و به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی از نوع قراردادی، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: به دنبال تحلیل داده ها، 3 درون مایه اصلی و 6 درون مایه فرعی استخراج شد. درون مایه های اصلی شامل »عوامل سازمانی، عوامل محیطی فرهنگی و عوامل فردی « بود. نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش برخی از عوامل تاثیرگذار در آموزش به بیمار را بر اساس تجارب پرستاران شناسایی کرد. بنابراین، انجام مداخلات مدیریتی و سازمانی دقیق و مهیا نمودن شرایط لازم جهت آموزش به بیمار توصیه می شود.

Nurses’ Perception of the Factors Affecting Patient Education: A Qualitative Content Analysis

Introduction: Patient education is one of the fundamental and valuable components in professional nursing performance which indicates professional development. The aim of the present study was to clarify nurses' viewpoints on factors affecting patient education.Method: This was a qualitative research in which twenty nurses were selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was done using deep interview with semistructural questions. All interviews were first recorded, then transcribed. Finally, the data were analyzed using constant comparative technique through conventional content analysis.Results: Three main themes with six subcategories were extracted. The main themes were ldquo;organizational factors rdquo;, ldquo;personal factors rdquo;, and ldquo;cultural and environmental factors rdquo;.Conclusion: Regarding the research findings, some of the affective factors in patient education were determined through nurses rsquo; perspectives. Therefore, it is recommended to perform careful management and organizational interventions, and provide necessary conditions for patient education.
