رضایت جنسی زنان متاهل و برخی متغیرهای مرتبط با آن

زمینه و هدف: مسائل جنسی یکی از مهمترین ابعاد زندگی انسانی بوده و اختلالات جنسی از جمله مسائلی هستند که ممکن است در هر جامعه‌ای سبب بروز برخی مشکلات شوند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان رضایتمندی زنان متاهل از زندگی زناشویی انجام شد.روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی از فروردین 1391 تا مرداد همان سال و بر روی 564 زن شوهردار گروه سنی 18 تا 55 سال تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان، انجام شد که از میان مراجعین مراکز آموزشیدرمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان و به‌روش تصادفی ساده، انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها عبارت بود از پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی 14 سوالی changes in sexual functioning questionnaire (csfq)-14 که به‌روش خودایفایی تکمیل شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد 79.5% زنان مورد مطالعه، به درجاتی از نارضایتی جنسی مبتلا هستند. مطالعه نشان داد که با افزایش سن، میزان نارضایتی از روابط جسنی افزایش یافته و از 3.1% در گروه سنی 19-14 سال، به 38.2% در گروه سنی 39-30 سال رسید. همچنین میزان نارضایتی جنسی با بالارفتن میزان تحصیلات، افزایش یافت و بیشترین نسبت نارضایتی در گروه دارای تحصیلات دیپلم و در مرحله بعد افراد دارای تحصیلات دانشگاهی قرار داشت. نتایج مطالعه، بیشترین نسبت نارضایتی از روابط جنسی را در گروه زنان خانه‌دار گزارش نمود و با افزایش تعداد سال‌های زندگی مشترک نیز نارضایتی از روابط جنسی به‌طور معنادار افزایش یافت.نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج این مطالعه، شیوع نارضایتی به‌ویژه در زمینه تمایلات جنسی در میان زنان شرکت‌کننده بیشتر از حد انتظار بوده است.

Sexual satisfaction and some related variables in married women

Background: Sexual issues are one of the most important aspects of human life and sexual disorders are issues that can cause some problems in any society. Paying attention to sexual problems can help to deepen the couple's relationship by reducing potential problems. It is also important to note that communication problems between couples and their interplay patterns are effective in shaping sexual behavior between couples and can be a source of sexual behavior disorders for couples. The goal of this research was to determine prevalence of sexual satisfaction of participants and some related factors.Methods: This descriptiveanalytical study was conducted on 564 married women between the ages of 18 and 55 under the cover of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences (ZUMJ), Zanjan City, Iran, among whom referring to ZUMJ educational centers from March to August 2012. A simple random sampling method was used. The data collection tool was a 14item changes in sexual functioning questionnaire (CSFQ14) completed by the selfefficacy method.Results: The results of this study showed that 79.5% of women studied had some degree of sexual dissatisfaction. The study showed that with increasing age, the degree of dissatisfaction with marital relationships increased from 3.1% in the age group of 1419 years to 38.2% in the age group of 3039 years. Also, the rate of sexual dissatisfaction increased with the increase in education, and the highest degree of dissatisfaction was in the group with diploma education and the next stage, those with university education. The results of the study reported the highest proportion of dissatisfaction with sexual relations in the housewife group, and dissatisfaction with sexual relations increased significantly with an increasing number of years of marital life.Conclusion: According to the results of this study, the prevalence of dissatisfaction especially with respect to sexual orientation among women is higher than expected, which is a threat to the individual and social health of individuals.
