چکیده
|
زمینه. کاتاتونیا یک سندرم نوروسایکیاتری ناهمگن است که شامل علایم حرکتی و رفتاری است. دلیریوم یک اختلال حاد مغزی است که از بیماری ها، شرایط طبی و یا مواد سمی ایجاد می شود. همراهی و رابطه بین کاتاتونیا و دلیریوم دارای اهمیت بالینی بوده و با پیچیدگی درمانی همراه است. در این مطالعه دلیریوس کاتاتونیا در مرد مبتلا به هیدروسفالی مزمن گزارش شده است. معرفی بیمار. بیمار آقای 36 ساله بدون سابقه سایکوز است که از روز قبل از مراجعه بدون وجود عامل استرس زای خاصی علایم بیماری به صورت حاد در وی شروع شده بود. علایم بیمار شامل بی قراری روانی- حرکتی، عدم تعادل خفیف در راه رفتن، صحبت کردن با خود، پاسخ های بی ربط به سوالات، هذیان گزند و آسیب بود. نتیجه گیری. وقوع دلیریوم و کاتاتونیا به طور همزمان محتمل است. پیامدهای عملی. به نظر می رسد تزریق بنزودیازپین در ابتدای شکل گیری علایم کاتاتونیا و قبل از استقرار کامل و پیشرفت آن می تواند موجب پاسخ چشمگیر به درمان و بهبود کلیه علایم کاتاتونیا شود.

Abstract
|
background. catatonia is a heterogeneous neuropsychiatric syndrome that includes motor and behavioral symptoms. delirium is an acute brain disorder caused by diseases and medical conditions or toxic substances. the relationship between catatonia and delirium has clinical significance, and may create therapeutic complexity. therefore, this study aimed to report delirium catatonia in a young man with chronic hydrocephalus. case presentation. the patient is a 36-year-old man with no history of psychosis, whose symptoms started acutely the day before the visit without any particular stressor. the patient's symptoms included agitation, restlessness, and mild imbalance in walking as well as talking to himself, irrelevant answers to questions and persecutory delusions. conclusion. in sum, delirium and catatonia may have occurred simultaneously. practical implications. an injection of benzodiazepine at the beginning of the formation of catatonia symptoms and before its full establishment and progress may lead to a dramatic treatment response and improve all catatonia symptoms.
