بررسی تاثیر برخی از نوشیدنی‌های گازدار رایج در ایران بر ریز سختی مینای دندان‌های کشیده شده انسان

چکیده
|
زمینه وهدف: زندگی امروزی مصرف رو به افزایش نوشیدنی های گازداررا سبب شده سختی سنجی ویکرز یکی از روش ها برای مشخص کردن ریزسختی مینای دندان، به شمار می رود.هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین میزان تاثیر برخی از نوشیدنی های گازدار رایج در ایران، بر ریز سختی مینای دندان های کشیده شده انسان می باشد. روش بررسی:دراین مطالعه تجربی آزمایشگاهی،60 دندان قدامی و خلفی انسانی جمع آوری و بلوک های مینایی به طور تصادفی به 6 گروه ده تائی تقسیم شدند:1 دلسترلیمویی2 میرنداپرتقالی3– پپسی 4 دو گازدار5اسپرایت6سرم فیزیولوژی (گروه کنترل). در سه مرحله(ابتدا و پس از 1 روز وپس از 7 روز )مورد آنالیز ریزسختی انجام گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های آماری ttest ٬ anova وtukey hsd و repeated measure مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: بر حسب آزمونtukey hsd در زمان اولیه گروه ها با هم اختلاف معنی داری نداشتند. پس از یک روز اختلاف 5 گروه اول تنها با گروه کنترل معنی دار بود

Abstract
|
Background and Objective: Outspreaded of modern life style causes increasing consumption of carbonated beverages. Vickers hardness measurement is one of the most practical methods to determine the microhardness of the teeth enamel. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of some of the common carbonated beverages in Iran on the microhardness of the human extracted teeth enamel in Yazd dental clinics. Subjects and Methods: In this experimental invitro study, 60 anterior and posterior human teeth were collected and enamel blocks were divided into 6 groups:1Limon Delester, 2Orange Miranda, 3Pepsi, 4 Carbonated Doogh, 5Sprite and 6physiologic serum (control group). Samples were kept in each group 6 hours per day for one week. This study was microhardness analyzed in 3 stages (Initial, after one day and at the end 7 day). Finally data were analyzed with SPSS17, Ttests,ANOVA,TukeyHSDand Repeated measure statistical tests. Results: Tukey HSD test showed at the beginning groups did repeated measure not have a significant difference and after one day the first studied five groups had a significant difference with the control group.
