چکیده
|
زمینه و هدف یکی از اختلالات گفتاری کودکان در سن مدرسه لکنت است که تاثیر زیادی بر شکل‌گیری ارتباطات و اعتماد‌به‌نفس آنان دارد. در مورد اثربخشی برنامه‌های درمانی به‌ویژه برنامه درمانی لیدکامب بر شدت لکنت کودکان در سن مدرسه، مطالعات زیادی انجام نشده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی برنامه درمانی لیدکامب بر میزان لکنت کودکان در سن مدرسه انجام شده است. روش بررسی در مطالعه حاضر برنامه درمانی لیدکامب روی پانزده کودک 7 تا 11ساله مبتلا به لکنت اجرا شد و شدت لکنت در سه موقعیت (ابتدای مطالعه، پایان مرحله اول برنامه لیدکامب و پایان مرحله دوم برنامه لیدکامب) با کمک آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر در نرم‌افزار spss بررسی و مقایسه شد.یافته‌ها مقایسه و بررسی نتایج نشان‌دهنده کاهش معنادار شدت لکنت کودکان در سن مدرسه به دنبال اجرای برنامه لیدکامب بوده است (p=0/000).نتیجه‌گیری برنامه درمانی لیدکامب، برنامه‌ای ساختاریافته و هدفمند است که طبق نتیجه پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند در کاهش لکنت کودکان در سن مدرسه موثر باشد.

Abstract
|
Background and Objectives: One of the speech disorders of school age children is stuttering. It has a great impact on communication and selfesteem in these children. There have not been many studies on the efficacy of treatment programs, especially the Lidcomb treatment program, on the severity of stuttering in schoolage children. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the Lidcomb treatment program on stuttering in schoolage children. Subjects and Methods In this study, 15 children aged 711 years with stuttering were administered the Lidcomb treatment. Severity of stuttering was measured in three positions: the beginning of the study, at the end of the first phase and the end of the second phase of the Lidcomb program. Analysis of variance was performed with the SPSS software. Results Comparison of the results showed a significant decrease in stuttering severity in schoolage children following the implementation of the Lidcomb program (P=0.000).Conclusion The Lidcomb treatment program is a structured and targeted program that can be effective in reducing stuttering in schoolage children.
