زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: آﺗﺮزی ﻣﺮی از ﺷﺎﯾﻊ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ آﻧﻮﻣﺎﻟﯽ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺎدرزادی در ﻧﻮزادان ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﺳﺒﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺑﺮوز ﻋﻮارض و ﻣﺮگ و ﻣﯿﺮ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ﻟﺬا ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻦ راه درﻣﺎن اﯾﻦ ﺑﯿﻤﺎری ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ اﻣﺮی ﺿﺮوری اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﻧﮕﻬﺪاﺷﺘﻦ ورﯾﺪ آزﯾﮕﻮس در ﺑﯿﻤﺎران آﺗﺮزی ﻣﺮی دارای ﻓﯿﺴﺘﻮل ﻣﺮی-ﺗﺮاﺷﻪ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ.روش ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ: اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺮ روی 40 ﻧﻮزاد ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ (20 ﺑﯿﻤﺎر در ﮔﺮوه ﺣﻔﻆ ﺷﺪه و 20 ﺑﯿﻤﺎر در ﮔﺮوه ﻟﯿﮕﯿﺖ ﺷﺪه). ﭘﺲ از ﺛﺒﺖ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت دﻣﻮﮔﺮاﻓﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﯿﻤﺎران، ﻋﻮارض ﻫﺮ دو روش ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ و ﻃﻮل ﻣﺪت ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ و ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﺑﺴﺘﺮی در ﺑﯿﻤﺎران ﺛﺒﺖ ﺷﺪ. آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎی ﮐﺎی اﺳﮑﻮﯾﺮ و t ﺟﻬﺖ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ داده ﻫﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﮥ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺣﻔﻆ ورﯾﺪ آزﯾﮕﻮس در ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ ﻧﻮزادان ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ آﺗﺮزی ﻣﺮی ﺳﺒﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد(0/05> p) اﻣﺎ از ﻃﺮﻓﯽ ﺳﺒﺐ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﺑﺴﺘﺮی در ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن و icu ﺷﺪه و از ﻃﺮﻓﯽ ﺑﺮوز ﻋﻮارض ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﭘﻨﻮﻣﻮﻧﯽ و ﻟﯿﮏ آﻧﺎﺳﺘﻮﻣﻮز را ﮐﺎﻫﺶ داد(0/05 >p). ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی: ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ در ﻧﻮزاداﻧﯽ ﮐﻪ ﮐﺎﻧﺪﯾﺪ ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ آﺗﺮزی ﻣﺮی ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ ﭘﺬﯾﺮش ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان از اﯾﻦ روش ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ در ﻋﻮض روش ﮐﻼﺳﯿﮏ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮐﺮده و از اﯾﻦ ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺳﺒﺐ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻋﻮارض ﮐﻮﺗﺎه ﻣﺪت و ﺑﻠﻨﺪ ﻣﺪت ﺷﺪه و ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎﻧﯽ را ﮐﺎﻫﺶ دﻫﺪ.

Introduction: Esophageal atresia is one of the most common congenital anomalies in neonates, and it can increase the incidence of complications and mortality, so it is essential to find a way to cure this disease more successfully. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of maintaining the azygos vein in esophageal fistula in esophageal atresia patients. After recording the patient's demographic data, the complications of both surgical procedures, duration of surgery and hospital stay were recorded. Chisquare and ttests were used to compare the data. Results: In the present study, it was found that the maintenance of azygos vein in neonates with esophageal atresia can increase the duration of surgery (P <0.05), but it also reduces the hospitalization and ICU stay and, on the other hand, the incidence of various complications such as pneumonia and anastomosis leak decreased.
