بررسی نگرش نسبت به توانایی برقراری ارتباط گفتاری در سالمندان در مقایسه با افراد میانسال: مطالعه پژوهشی اصیل

زمینه و هدف : تعیین نوع نگرش نسبت به توانایی برقراری ارتباط گفتاری در سالمندان شهر اصفهان بود. روش بررسی : این پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی روی 100 نفر از بازنشستگان اداره آموزش و پرورش استان اصفهان و 100 نفر از کارمندان آموزش و پرورش استان انجام شد. اطلاعات در این پژوهش با تست ارزیابی طرز تلقی و نگرش نسبت به توانایی برقراری ارتباط گردآوری و نتایج حاصل توسط آزمونهای t مستقل وکای اسکوئر تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت . یافته ها : این بررسی نشان داد بهترین طرز نگرش نسبت به توانایی برقراری ارتباط گفتاری در افراد سالمند 35درصد (خوب) ، به تفکیک جنسیت 38.7 درصد در مردان (خوب) و 26.5 درصد در زنان (متوسط) ، به تفکیک وضعیت تاهل 50 درصد در افراد مجرد (متوسط) و 34.8 درصد در افراد متاهل (خوب) می باشد و طرز نگرش در گروه میانسال ، 33 درصد (خوب) ، به تفکیک جنس 37.2 درصد در مردان (خوب) و 33.3 درصد در زنان (متوسط) ، به تفکیک وضعیت تاهل 44.4 درصد در افراد مجرد (خوب) و 35.2 درصد در افراد متاهل (متوسط) می باشد . نتیجه گیری : احتمالَ بین طرز نگرش نسبت به توانایی برقراری ارتباط گفتاری در سالمندان در مقایسه با افراد میانسال تفاوت معنی داری وجود ندارد ولی در طرز نگرش دو گروه نسبت به جنسیت (جنس مذکر) با 0.003 =p و وضعیت تاهل (افراد متاهل) با 0.04 =p تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد .

Identification of attitude in aged in compare with middle aged persons in the matter of speech communication

Background and Aim: Geriatric period has such particular conditions that the aged feel the need of helpful and dynamic communication more than any other time. In this research, we are going to measure the aged people attitude toward their speech communication in comparison with middleaged people. Methods and Materials: In this descriptiveanalytic study, one hundred staffs of Isfahan education department are compared with one hundred staffs working in Isfahan education department. In this study data was collected by the adjustment and attitude scale (AAS) and results were analyzed by SPSS16 and through chisquare and T test. Results: This survey revealed that Attitude toward ability to communication in experimental group was 35% (generally). It was reported 84% in male group and 26/5% in females based on gender and based on marriage, in single group are 50% and 34/8% in marrieds. In the control group attitudes are 37/2% in males and 33/3% in females, 44/4% in single group and 35/2% among the marrieds. Conclusion: There is no significant difference between attitudes toward the ability to speech communication in elderly compared with middleaged people, but in the attitude of two groups by sex, male subjects with p = 0.003 and marital status, married people with p = 0.04, there is a significant relationship with the ability to communicate..
