طراحی چارچوب مفهومی عوامل زمینه‌‌ای موثر بر انتقال دانش در پروژه‌های فراملی

هدف: از رویکردهای نوینی که در دهه اخیر سازمان‌ها به آن روی آورده‌اند، مدیریت دانش است که به وسیله آن سازمان‌ها سعی دارند امکان استفاده مجدد از تجارب و دانش پیشین خود را به دست آورند؛ چرا که در عصر حاضر سازمان‌ها بیش از پیش به اهمیت دارایی‌‌های دانشی خود به عنوان با ارزش‌ترین سرمایه پی برده‌اند. امروزه بسیاری از پروژه‌ها توسط نیروهایی خارج از افراد بومی آن کشور انجام می‌شود به طوری که افراد از کشورهای مختلف با ملیت‌ها، فرهنگ و تفکر متفاوت گردهم می‌آیند. از این رو، فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش و به خصوص انتقال و کسب دانش بسیار با اهمیت می‌گردد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی چارچوب مفهومی از عوامل زمینه‌ای موثر بر انتقال دانش در پروژه‌های فراملی با استفاده از روش فراترکیب می‌باشد.روش: برای دستیابی به هدف، با به کارگیری روش فراترکیب عوامل موثر در انتقال دانش از منابع مختلف استخراج و سپس با کدگذاری باز این عوامل مورد تحلیل و ترکیب قرار گرفته‌اند. بر اساس یافته‌های روش فراترکیب مدل مفهومی تعریف شده و به منظور اعتبارسنجی آن، فرضیه های تحقیق تعریف و پس از آن فرضیه‌های تحقیق مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته‌ است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شرکت‌های فعال در صنایع بالادستی حوزه نفت و گاز می‌باشد و گردآوری داده‌ها از طریقه پرسشنامه انجام شده است.یافته‎ها: رویکرد مقاله حاضر کمی بوده، از راهبرد پژوهشی توصیفی استفاده شده است و در نهایت عوامل زمینه‌‌ای تاثیرگذار در انتفال دانش در پروژه‌های فراملی شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی شده‌اند.نتیجه‎گیری: فاصله فرهنگی، فاصله دانشی و زبان مهم‌ترین عوامل تاثیر گذار بر فرآیند انتقال دانش در پروژه های فراملی می‌باشند.

Developing a Conceptual Framework of Contextual Factors Affecting Knowledge Transfer in Transnational Projects

Objective:Nowadays, with significant growth in the number of organizations, they seek to increase their competitive advantages as much as possible. One of the effective approaches is knowledge management, through which organizations try to reexploit the experiences and knowledge created in their previous projects. Today, many projects are carried out by forces from other nationalities, in which each participating organization operates within complex national, organizational, and informal contexts. So, knowledge is transferred between geographically dispersed individuals and organizations, and across cultural and national boundaries. Given these conditions, knowledge management processes, especially the transfer and acquisition of knowledge, are critical. The purpose of the present study is to design a conceptual framework of the contextual factors affecting the knowledge transfer in transnational projects using a metasynthesis methodMethods: Firstly, this study would combine previous researches in the field of knowledge transfer. These factors are determined using the open coding method to propose a conceptual framework. Secondly, hypotheses are defined based on obtained factors, and then we would examine the hypotheses and identify the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. The statistical population of the present study includes companies involved in the upstream industry in the realm of petroleum. The data are gathered using a questionnaire.Results: This paper focuses on those types of factors which affect knowledge transfer, from both theoretical and empirical viewpoints. We provided an integrative conceptual framework to evaluate and organize the literature on effective contextual factors on knowledge transfer.Conclusion: The obtained results revealed that cultural distance, knowledge distance and language had the most significant influence on the knowledge transfer. Besides, we provided effective solutions for the organizations to improve their knowledge transfer process
