طراحی الگوی ارتقای رفاه عمومی با رویکرد حکمرانی خوب

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی ارتقای رفاه عمومی مبتنی بر حکمرانی خوب است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، توسعه‌ای کاربردی است. روش: در مرحله کیفی پژوهش حاضر، از روش تحلیل تم و در مرحله اعتبارسنجی از روش توصیفی استفاده شد. در مرحله کیفی، به‌منظور طراحی الگوی پژوهش، با 20 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و اجرایی که به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند مصاحبه به‌عمل آمد. در مرحله کمّی، برای اعتبارسنجی الگوی پژوهش، به‌کمک پرسش‌نامه، از کارکنان وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی نظرخواهی شد و داده‌ها با روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس تحلیل شدند. حجم نمونه، تعداد 216 نفر با فرمول کوکران محاسبه شد. انتخاب اعضای نمونه در مرحله کمی، به‌روش تصادفی ساده بود. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش، به شناسایی سه دسته متغیر پیشران‌ها، راهبردها و پیامدها برای حکمرانی رفاه عمومی منجر شد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که استفاده از اصول حکمرانی خوب، در ارتقای رفاه عمومی نقش چشمگیری دارد. همچنین، راهبردها و ویژگی‌های وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی در بهبود وضعیت رفاه عمومی در جامعه، نقش تعدیل‌کننده‌ و مهمی را ایفا می‌کند.

designing a model for promoting public welfare based on good governance

objectivethe purpose of the present study is to design a model for the promotion of general welfare based on good governance. the current research is developmental and applied in terms of its purpose. methodsin the qualitative stage of the present study, the issue analysis method was used. the descriptive method was used in the validation phase. in the qualitative phase, in order to design the research model, interviews were conducted with 20 academic and executive experts who were selected by purposive sampling. in the quantitative stage, to validate the research model, the employees of the iranian ministry of cooperatives, labor, and social welfare were asked for their opinions by answering a questionnaire. the gathered data were analyzed by structural equation modeling and smart pls software. the sample size included 216 people and was calculated using the cochran formula. a subset of participants from the population was selected by the simple random method. resultsaccording to the findings, three variable categories of propellants, strategies and consequences were identified for public welfare governance. conclusionthe results showed that the use of good governance principles can play a great role in promoting public welfare. also, the strategies and characteristics of the iranian ministry of cooperation, labor and social welfare play a significant moderating role in improving the conditions of public welfare in society.
