بررسی تاثیر سرمایه فکری بر روی منظرهای فرایندهای داخلی و رشد و یادگیری سیستم ارزیابی متوازن در شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

بررسی سرمایه فکری و سیستم ارزیابی متوازن از موضوع‌های با اهمیت در پژوهش‌های مدیریت و حسابداری است. هدف این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر سرمایه فکری برروی منظر‌های سیستم ارزیابی متوازن در شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. در این پژوهش اطلاعات 149 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سال‌های 1391 تا 1395 بر اساس روش حذف سیستماتیک جمع آوری گردید. اطلاعات مورد نیاز پژوهش برای بررسی منظر رشد و یادگیری از طریق پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد و اطلاعات مورد نیاز برای بررسی فرآیندهای داخلی از طریق صورت‌های مالی منتشر شده در سایت بورس اوراق بهادار تهران گرد آوری گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که سرمایه فکری بر فرآیند‌های داخلی و منظر رشد و یادگیری سیستم ارزیابی متوازن تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.

Investigating the Influence of Intellectual Capital on thePerspectives of Internal Processes and the Growth and Learning of the balanced scorecard system in the Companies Accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange

Intellectual capital and the balanced scorecard system are important issues in management and accounting research. The purpose of this research is to investigatethe effect of intellectual capital on the views of the balanced scorecard system in companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange. In this research, data relating to 149 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2013 to 2017 were collected based on systematic elimination method. The required research information was to examine the growth and learning landscape collected through a questionnaire sent to sample companies and information to examine internal processes gathered through financial statements published on Tehran Stock Exchange website.Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results of the research show that intellectual capital has a positive and significanteffect on the internal processes and the perspective of growth and learning of the balancing scorecard system.
