رفتار بشردوستانه شرکت و کارایی سرمایه گذاری

پژوهش حاضر درصدد مطالعۀ بشردوستی شرکتی و کارایی سرمایه گذاری است. رویکرد پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و با توجه به تجزیه و تحلیل روابط بین متغیرها از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی می باشد. کلیه شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران جامعۀ مورد مطالعۀ این پژوهش را تشکیل می دهند. 100 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی دوره زمانی 1392 تا 1396 برای نمونه انتخاب شد و با بهره گیری از معادلات رگرسیونی چندگانه مبتنی بر داده های تلفیقی، آزمون شدند. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است بین بشردوستی شرکتی و کارایی سرمایه گذاری رابطه ی مثبت وجود دارد. علاوه بر این، رابطه مثبت میان بشردوستی و کارایی سرمایه گذاری زمانی قوی تر است که شرکت در یک محیط سازمانی بهتر قرار گیرد.

Corporate Philanthropy Behavior and Investment Efficiency

The present study seeks to study corporate hilanthropy and investment efficiency. The research approach is applied in terms of purpose and according to the analysis of relations between variables is a descriptive-correlation type. All companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange comprise the study population of this study. 100 companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange during the period 1392 to 1396 wereselected for the sample and were tested using multiple regression equations based on consolidated data. The research findings suggest that there is a positive relationship between corporate philanthropy and investment efficiency. In addition, a positive relationship between philanthropy and investment efficiency is more powerful when it comes to a better corporate nvironment.
