شاخص‌های روان‌سنجی نسخه‌ی فارسی آزمون نگرش کودکان به غذا خوردن (cheat)

مقدمه: نیاز مبرمی برای شناسایی و کاربرد ابزار تشخیصی که بتواند رفتار و نگرش‌های تغذیه‌ای کودکان و نوجوانان را مورد ارزیابی قرار دهد، احساس می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مقدماتی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی آزمون «نگرش کودکان و نوجوانان به غذا خوردن» در دانش‌آموزان دختر 12-16 ساله شهر اهواز انجام گرفت.روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی با هدف روانسنجی بود. جامعه‌ی پژوهش شامل 248 دانش‌آموز دختر شهر اهواز بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. از نسخه‌ی فارسی آزمون نگرش کودکان و نوجوانان به غذا خوردن (cheat) و پرسشنامه رفتار غذا خوردن کودکان (cebq) برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. جهت بررسی روایی آزمون از روش تحلیل عاملی (اکتشافی و تاییدی) و از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای بررسی میزان پایایی استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: ضرایب پایایی خرده آزمون‌های cheat در دامنه 0/741 تا 0/951 قرار داشت. تحلیل عامل اکتشافی وجود چهار عامل را در آزمون cheat نشان داد. نتایج تحلیل عامل تاییدی نیز از ساختار چهار عاملی اصلی حمایت کرد و شاخص‌های برازش حاکی از برازش خوب مدل بود. آزمون روایی همگرای قابل قبولی با پرسشنامه cebq نشان داد.نتیجه‌گیری: فرم فارسی آزمون نگرش به خوردن کودکان (cheat) با توجه به استحکام ساختار و داشتن ویژگی‌های روانسنجی مناسب قابلیت به کارگیری توسط پژوهشگران مختلف را دارا است.

psychometric properties of the persian form of the children's eating attitude test (cheat)

background: there is an urgent need to identify and apply a diagnostic tool that can assess children's and adolescents' eating behavior and attitudes. this study aimed to assess the validity and reliability of the persian version of the children's eating attitudes test (cheat) in 12-16-year-old female students in ahvaz.methods: this was a descriptive psychometric study. the research population included 248 female students from ahvaz, selected via cluster random sampling. data were collected using the persian version of the children's eating attitude test (cheat) and the children's eating behavior questionnaire (cebq). validity was examined using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability was assessed using cronbach's alpha coefficient.findings: the cronbach's alpha reliability of the cheat subscales ranged from 0.741 to 0.951. exploratory factor analysis confirmed the existence of four factors in cheat. confirmatory factor analysis supported the original four-factor model of the questionnaire, and fit indices indicated a good model fit. the questionnaire has acceptable convergent validity with cebq.conclusion: due to the strength of the structure and appropriate psychometric specifications, the persian form of the children's eating attitude test (cheat) had the capability to be used by researchers.
