بررسی تاثیر پلاسمای سرد بر بهبود برخی از علائم بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19: یک مطالعه‌ی کارآزمایی بالینی دو‌سو‌کور

مقدمه: تب، علایم گوارشی، بی‌حالی و ضعف، سردرد، تنگی نفس و سرفه به طور معمول علایم بالینی است که در بیماری کووید-19 ایجاد می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه، برسی تاثیر پلاسمای سرد در بهبود علائم بالینی بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 بود.روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک کارآزمایی بالینی دوسو‌کور بر روی 64 بیمار کووید-19 بود. در گروه مداخله دستگاه پلاسمای سرد به طور مداوم 8 ساعت روشن می‌شد. در گروه شاهد نیز دستگاه 8 ساعت روشن می‌شد اما یون‌سازی صورت نمی‌گرفت. 5 روز علایم بالینی بیماران مورد پایش قرار گرفتند. علایم بالینی بیماران توسط آزمون آماری t و χ2 و واریانس در اندازه‌های تکراری مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. سطح معنی‌داری نیز 0.05 در نظر گرفته شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که تب در روز اول و ضعف و بی‌حالی در روز اول و سوم بیماری نسبت به ابتدای بستری شدن کاهش معنی‌داری را نشان داد. سایر علایم بالینی بیمار تفاوت معنی‌داری را در دو گروه نشان ندادند. همچنین نمره‌ی علایم بالینی تغییرات معنی‌داری را در بهبود علائم کووید-19 در گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه شاهد نشان داد اما دمای بدن بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت.نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد که علایم بیماری مخصوصاً تب، ضعف و بی‌حالی کاهش داشته است. بنابراین دستگاه پلاسمای سرد در کنار درمان‌های روتین می‌تواند به عنوان یک عامل کمکی در بهبود علائم بیماران و درمان سریع‌تر آن‌ها کمک‌کننده باشد.

evaluation of the effect of ionic plasma cluster technology on the improvement of symptoms in patients with covid-19

background: fever, gastrointestinal symptoms, lethargy and weakness, headache, shortness of breath, and cough are usually clinical symptoms of covid-19. this study aimedto investigate the effect of plasma cluster in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with covid-19.methods: this study was a double-blind clinical trial that was conducted on patients with covid-19at imam hassan (as) bojnurd hospital. in the intervention group, the plasma clusters device was turned on continuously for 8 hours and then turned off. in the control group, the device was placed in the room, and the ionization part of the device was removed from the circuit. patients were monitored for five days after the intervention in terms of improvement of clinical symptoms. data analysis was done with t, χ2, and variance tests in repeated measures.findings: the results showed that fever on the first day and weakness and lethargy on the first and third days of the disease showed a significant decrease compared to the beginning. other clinical symptoms of the patient did not show any significant difference in the two groups. also, the clinical symptoms showed significant changes in the improvement of the symptoms of covid-19 in the intervention group compared to the control group. however, there was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups.conclusion: therefore, along with routine treatments, the cold plasma device can be helpful as an auxiliary factor in improving patients’ symptoms and treating them faster.
