کیفیت زندگی زناشویی و ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک مرتبط با آن در سالمندان شهر اصفهان

مقدمه: با توجه به تاکید سازمان بهداشت جهانی به اهمیت کیفیت زندگی زناشویی در تمام طول زندگی فرد، هدف از مطالعه‌ی حاضر، بررسی کیفیت زندگی زناشویی و ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌ی آن در سالمندان بود.روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مقطعی است که با مشارکت 200 نفر از سالمندان بالای 60 سال مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت شهر اصفهان انجام شد. اطلاعات این مطالعه توسط پرسش‌نامه‌ی کیفیت زندگی زناشویی (2000 fletcher) جمع‌آوری و ارتباط کیفیت زندگی زناشویی و ابعاد آن با عوامل دموگرافیک به روش رگرسیون لجستیک بررسی گردید.یافته‌ها: در 46 درصد سالمندان، کیفیت زندگی زناشویی مطلوب بود. بالاترین مطلوبیت در بعد تعهد (63 درصد) و کم‌ترین مطلوبیت در بعد شور هیجان جنسی (31 درصد) بود. نسبت شانس تعدیل شده‌ی کیفیت زندگی زناشویی مطلوب در افراد با درآمد بالاتر نسبت به افراد با درآمد پایین‌تر برابر با 2/14 بود که این ارتباط در ابعاد رضایت، تعهد، صمیمیت و هیجان جنسی وجود داشت. نسبت شانس تعدیل شده‌ی شور و هیجان جنسی مطلوب در افراد زیر 70 سال نسبت به افراد بالای 70 سال برابر 3/90 بود. جنس، تحصیلات و شغل، پیش‌بینی‌‌کننده‌ی کیفیت زندگی زناشویی نبودند.نتیجه‌گیری: کیفیت زندگی زناشویی در بیش از نیمی از سالمندان شهر اصفهان نامطلوب بود و با افزایش سن و درآمد کمتر، نامطلوب‌تر می‌شود.

quality of marital life and its demographic related factors in the elderly in isfahan

background: the world health organization emphasizes the importance of quality of married life throughout a person’s life, the aim of this study was to investigate the quality of marital life and its demographic predictors in the elderly.methods: this is a cross-sectional study on 200 elderly people over 60 years’ old who referred to isfahan health care centers. the data of this study were collected by fletcher quality of marital life questionnaire (2000). then the relationship between quality of marital life and its dimentions with demographic factors was analyzed by logistic regression.findings: in 46% of the elderly, the quality of marital life was favorable. the highest utility was in the dimension of commitment (63%) and the lowest utility was in the dimension of sexual arousal (31%). the adjusted odds ratio of favorable quality of marital life in people with higher incomes than lower income people were 2.14 and this relationship was in dimensions of satisfaction, commitment, intimacy and sexual arousal. the adjusted odds ratio of favorable sexual arousal in people under 70 compared to those over 70 was 3.90. gender, education, and occupation did not predict the quality of married life.conclusion: the quality of married life is unfavorable in more than half of the elderly in isfahan, and it becomes less favorable with increasing age and lower income.
