حساسیت اضطرابی به‌عنوان سازه‎ای فراتشخیصی در پدید آیی و تداوم اختلال‌های هیجانی: مطالعۀ مرور ادبیات تحقیق

زمینه و هدف: حساسیت اضطرابی یا ترس از اضطراب و حس های بدنی مرتبط با آن به‌عنوان یک سازۀ فرا تشخیصی درروند آسیب شناسی تحوّلی اختلال های هیجانی و درمان آن ها توجّه روزافزونی را به خود جلب کرده است. با توجّه به ماهیت چندبعدی حساسیت اضطرابی و واکنش مشابه بیماران به اضطراب، مطالعات زیادی در رابطه با نقش این سازه در پیش بینی و تداوم اختلال‌های هیجانی صورت گرفته است. مطالعۀ حاضر با مرور مطالعات مختلف این حوزه به دنبال درک بهتر حساسیت اضطرابی در تحوّل و تداوم اختلال های هیجانی، سنجش و تلویحات درمانی آن است. مواد و روش ها: مطالعۀ حاضر از نوع مرور ادبیات پژوهش است. مقالات از موتور جستجوی google scholar و پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی psycinfo، pubmed و scopus مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. در نهایت از اطلاعات 30 مقاله برای نگارش مطالعۀ حاضر استفاده شد.یافته ها: بیشتر مطالعاتی که حساسیت اضطرابی را در بین اختلال‌های هیجانی مورد بررسی قرار داده‌اند بر نقش این سازه در سیر تحوّلی و تداوم اختلال تاکید داشته‎اند. همچنین، نسخۀ سوم شاخص حساسیت اضطرابی به عنوان یک شاخص دارای اعتبار از بیشترین شواهد روان‌سنجی برخوردار است. اهمیت این سازه در آسیب شناسی روانی باعث شده است که هم در درمان های شناختی- رفتاری تشخیص-ویژه و هم درمان شناختی- رفتاری فرا تشخیصی جایگاه ویژه ای پیدا کند.نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد درمان حساسیت اضطرابی نه‌تنها می تواند علائم مشکلات هیجانی را کاهش دهد بلکه پاسخ‌دهی به درمان را بهبود می بخشد، درنتیجه لازم است که حساسیت اضطرابی در سنجش، مفهوم سازی موردی و درمان اختلال های هیجانی مورد توجّه قرار گیرد. 

anxiety sensitivity as a transdiagnostic construct in development and maintenance of emotional disorders: a literature review

background and aim: anxiety sensitivity or fear of anxiety and its associated physical sensations as a transdiagnostic construct have attracted increasing attention in the developmental psychopathology of emotional disorders and their treatment.considering the multidimensional nature of anxiety sensitivity similar response of patients to anxiety, many studies have been conducted on the role of this construct in predicting and maintaining of emotional disorders. the aim of this study was to review various studies in this field for better understanding of the anxiety sensitivity in the development and continuation of emotional disorders, its assessment, and therapeutic measures.materials and methods: this was a literature review study. articles were searched in the google scholar search engine and the databases of psycinfo, pubmed, and scopus.results: most studies about anxiety sensitivity in emotional disorders have emphasized the role of this construct in the development and maintenance of these disorders. currently, the third version of the anxiety sensitivity index as a validated index has the most psychometric evidence. the importance of this construct in psychopathology has given it a special position in both diagnosis-specific cognitive-behavioral therapy and transdiagnostic cognitive-behavioral therapy.conclusions: it seems that anxiety treatment not only reduces the symptoms of emotional problems but also improves response to treatment. therefore anxiety sensitivity should be considered in the assessment, selective conceptualization, and treatment of emotional disorders.
