سنجش ‌آگاهی مربیان بهداشت مدارس ابتدایی شهر سنندج در مواجهه با آسیب‌های دندانی در سال 97-1396

زمینه و هدف: آسیب به دندان های شیری و دائمی موجب به خطر افتادن سلامت دهان و دندان کودک می شود و مشکلات منحصر به فردی در درمان ایجاد می کند. از آنجا که پیش آگهی آسیب، رابطه نزدیکی با مدیریت صحیح و فوری بعد از وقوع حادثه دارد و در بیشتر موارد مربیان بهداشت اولین افراد در تماس با کودکان هستند، آگاهی آن ها از نحوه برخورد با این صدمات نقش مهمی در پیشگیری و درمان دارد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، سنجش آگاهی مربیان بهداشت مدارس ابتدایی شهر سنندج در مواجهه با آسیب های دندانی در سال 1396 بود.روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، پس از مشاوره با آموزش و پرورش، کلیه مربیان مدارس ابتدایی شهر سنندج که 59 نفر بودند، شناسایی شدند. پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه، اطلاعات گرد آوری شده و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نرم افزار spss20 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. به منظور آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش، از رگرسیون چند متغیره و آزمون های نان پارامتریک ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، من ویتنی و کروسکال والیس استفاده شد.یافته ها: میانگین نمره آگاهی 59 مربی بهداشت 3.41±14.02 و نمره آگاهی زنان بالاتر بود. بین نمره آگاهی با سن، سابقه کار و میزان تحصیلات ارتباط آماری معنی داری وجود نداشت (p>0.05). در این مطالعه نمره آگاهی افراد با تجربه مواجهه با فرد دچار آسیب و مربیانی که دوره آموزشی را گذرانده اند بیشتر از سایر افراد بود، هر چند از لحاظ آماری تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد (p>0.05).نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان دهنده آگاهی ناکافی مربیان در مورد مدیریت آسیب های دندانی و لزوم کاربرد استراتژی هایی برای بهبود دانش مربیان در این زمینه است. از آنجا که افزایش آگاهی موجب پیش آگهی مطلوب تر در صدمات دندانی می شود، برگزاری دوره های آموزشی جهت افزایش آگاهی مربیان امری ضروری می باشد.

Evaluating the knowledge of elementary school health teachers of Sanandaj about traumatic dental injuries in year 2017-2018

Background and Aims: Trauma to primary and permanent teeth caused posttraumatic complications affecting the health of teeth and led to specific problems in treatment. As prognosis of trauma has closed correlation with immediate and correct management after occurrence of the incident and the health educators are the first people in contact with children in this places, their awareness of how to deal with these injuries plays an important role in prevention and treatment. This study aimed to evaluate the knowledge of health educators in confrontation with dental injuries in primary schools of Sanandaj in 2018.Materials and Methods: In this crosssectional study, all of fiftynine health teachers in primary schools of Sanandaj were identified after referring to education centre. The questionnaires were provided to the school health teachers after referring to schools and after completing questionnaires, collected data were analyzed. In order to test the research hypotheses, Multiple regression, Nonparametric tests of spearman correlation coefficient, MannWhitney and kruskalwallis were utilized using SPSS software version 20.Results: The mean knowledge score of fiftynine health educators was 14.02±3.41 and knowledge score of females was higher. There was no significant statistical correlation between knowledge score, age,work experience and education level (P>0.05). In this study, the knowledge score of experienced teachers in confrontation with injured persons and health educators who attended related training courses, was higher than others but this difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion: The results indicated inadequate knowledge regarding emergency management of dental trauma. Thus strategies to improve the teachers rsquo; knowledge about dental trauma can positively influence their knowledge and attitudes toward emergency management of dental trauma.
