ویژگی های ضدباکتریایی عصارۀ آبی hypericum coris و خالص سازی نسبی ترکیبات ضدباکتریایی آن

مقدمه: در مناطق غربی ایران، از گیاه hypericum coris برای ضدعفونی زخم‌‌ها استفاده می‌‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی خواص ضدباکتریایی عصارۀ آبی این گیاه علیه برخی باکتری‌‌های بیماری‌زا و نیز خالص‌‌سازی نسبی ترکیبات ضدباکتریایی آن بود.مواد و روش­ها: از بخش‌‌های هوایی گیاه و به روش خیساندن، عصاره‌‌گیری انجام گرفت. ویژگی‌‌های ضدباکتریایی عصاره علیه برخی از باکتری‌‌های شایع عامل عفونت زخم و با استفاده از روش دیسک‌‌گذاری و تعیین حداقل غلظت مهارکنندگی بررسی شد. به‌‌منظور تخلیص نسبی ترکیبات ضدباکتریایی، عصاره‌‌ با کمک حلال‌‌های مختلف استخراج و هر فرکشن از نظر خاصیت ضدباکتریایی بررسی گردید. تحلیل داده‌‌ها به روش آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه انجام و مقایسۀ میانگین‌‌ها با روش آزمون چند دامنه‌‌ای دانکن با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss vol.18 در سطح معنی‌داری (p≤0.05) انجام شد.یافته ­های پژوهش: نتایج نشان داد، عصارۀ آبی روی همۀ باکتری‌‌های مطالعه‌شده موثر و تاثیر آن بر باکتری‌‌های گرم مثبت بیشتر است؛ همچنین مشخص گردید، تنها فرکشن‌‌های قطبی خاصیت ضدباکتریایی دارند و با افزایش قطبیت، قدرت ضدباکتریایی آن‌ها افزایش می‌‌یابد.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: این اولین گزارش از تاثیر عصارۀ آبی hypericum coris بر باکتری‌‌های پاتوژن بود که نشان داد، این عصاره علیه همۀ باکتری‌‌های مطالعه‌شده موثر است؛ همچنین مشخص شد، ترکیبات ضدباکتریایی موجود در آن ماهیت قطبی دارند. 

antibacterial properties of the aqueous extract of hypericum coris and relative purification of its antibacterial compounds

introduction:  hypericum coris is used in western iran for wound disinfection. this study aimed to investigate the antibacterial properties of the aqueous extract of this plant against certain pathogenic bacteria and to purify its antibacterial compounds partially.materials & methods: the aerial parts of the plant were extracted using maceration. the antibacterial characteristics of the extract were evaluated against common wound infection causing bacteria using disk diffusion and mic. to partially purify the antibacterial compounds, the extract was subjected to various solvents, and each fraction was assessed for its antibacterial properties. data analysis was conducted using one way analysis of variance (anova), and means were compared using duncan’s multiple range test. it was performed using spss v.18 at a significance level (p≥0.05).results: the findings indicated that the aqueous extract was effective against all the studied bacteria, with a greater impact on gram positive bacteria. it was also determined that only the polar fractions have antibacterial activity, and their antibacterial potency increased as polarity increased.conclusion: this was the first report on the effects of the aqueous extract of h. coris on pathogenic bacteria, demonstrating that this extract is effective against all studied bacterial strains. additionally, it was found that the antibacterial compounds present in the extract are polar.
