بررسی میزان رعایت حقوق بیمار از سوی دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی بر اساس دیدگاه بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک دانشکدۀ دندان‌پزشکی ایلام در سال 1403

مقدمه: حقوق بیمار به‌عنوان اصلی اخلاقی، شامل برآوردن نیازهای پذیرفتنی جسمی، روانی، معنوی و اجتماعی اوست که قوانین و مقررات ملی هر کشور از آن‌ها حمایت می‌کند؛ بنابراین، مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان رعایت حقوق بیمار از سوی دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی، بر اساس دیدگاه بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک دانشکدۀ دندان‌پزشکی ایلام در سال 1403 انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌ای مقطعی-توصیفی بود که روی 92 نفر از بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک دانشکدۀ دندان‌پزشکی ایلام به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انجام شد. ابزارهای مطالعه شامل چک‌لیست دموگرافیک و پرسش‌نامۀ رعایت حقوق بیمار از سوی دانشجو بودند. به‌منظور بررسی ارتباط میان متغیرها، از آزمون آماری کای‌اسکوئر استفاده گردید که در نرم‌افزار spss vol.26 در سطح معنی‌داری 5 درصد تحلیل شدند.یافته های پژوهش: میانگین و انحراف معیار دیدگاه بیماران از رعایت حقوق بیمار برابر با 86.10±53.10 بود. ارتباط معنی‌داری میان سن، جنسیت، محل سکونت، وضعیت تاهل و بیماری‌های زمینه‌ای با دیدگاه بیماران دربارۀ رعایت حقوق بیمار از سوی دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی مشاهده نگردید (p>0.05)؛ اما ارتباط معنی‌داری میان سطح تحصیلات و مراجعۀ پیشین به دندان‌پزشکی با دیدگاه بیماران دربارۀ رعایت حقوق بیمار از سوی دانشجویان وجود داشت (p<0.05).بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد، میزان رعایت حقوق بیمار از سوی دانشجوی دندان‌پزشکی در بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک‌های دندان‌پزشکی در حد متوسط است. پیشنهاد می‌شود که مسئولین آموزشی و درمانی برای ارتقای رعایت حقوق بیمار، اقدامات و برنامه‌های خود را به‌روزرسانی و ارتقا دهند و پژوهش‌هایی را با هدف گسترش زیرساخت و خدمات درمانی مرتبط با اخلاق حرفه‌ای انجام دهند.

investigating the extent of compliance with patient rights by dental students from the perspective of patients referring to the ilam dental school clinic in 2024

introduction:  patient rights as an ethical principle include meeting the acceptable physical, psychological, spiritual and social needs of the patient, which are supported by the national laws and regulations of each country. therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the extent of compliance with patient rights by dental students from the perspective of patients ilam dental school clinic in 2024.materials & methods: the present study was a cross-sectional-descriptive study that was conducted on 92 patients referred to the clinic of ilam dental school using convenience sampling. the study tools included a demographic checklist and a questionnaire on patient rights compliance by students. statistical test included chi-square, which were analyzed in spss version 26 at a significance level of 5%.results: the mean and standard deviation of the patients’ perspective on compliance with patient rights of the participants was 53.86 ± 10.10. there was no significant relationship between age, gender, place of residence, marital status, and underlying diseases with patients’ views of dental students’ observance of patient rights, but there was a significant relationship between education level and previous visit to dentistry and patients’ views of dental students’ observance of patient rights (p<0.05).conclusion: the results of this study showed that patients consider the level of dental students’ observance of their rights to be average. it is recommended that educational and medical authorities update and enhance their actions and programs in order to promote respect for patient rights and conduct research aimed at expanding infrastructure and medical services related to professional ethics.
