بررسی علل معلولیت در نوجوانان زیر 14 سال استان ایلام در سال 97

مقدمه: معلولیت واقعیت انکارناپذیری است و به عنوان یک پدیده اجتماعی از ادوار گذشته تاکنون در جوامع وجود داشته است، این پدیده علل و عوامل گوناگونی دارد که با شناسایی و پیشگیری از آن ها می توان شاهد بروز معلولیت های کمتری در جامعه بود. هدف این پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی، بررسی علل معلولیت‌ ها در نوجوانان زیر 14 سال استان ایلام بود.مواد و روش ‌ها: در این پژوهش 694 نفر(270 دختر و 366 پسر) که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌ گیری سرشماری انتخاب شدند، شرکت داشتند. داده‌ های پژوهش از طریق پرسش نامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری گردید و سپس از طریق روش ‌های آمار توصیفی(فراوانی و درصد فراوانی) و استنباطی (خی دو)، داده‌ ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ‌های پژوهش: نتایج نشان داد که ازدواج فامیلی و عوامل مادرزادی، سواد و جنسیت با معلولیت رابطه معنی داری دارد(p<0.0001). 74.8 درصد معلولیت ‌های افراد مربوط به عوامل مادرزادی است. بحث و نتیجه ‌گیری: با عنایت به این که درصد خیلی زیادی از معلولیت ‌ها مربوط به عوامل مادرزادی است لذا باید به شرایط و وضعیت سلامت مادر، بیماری مادر در دوران بارداری، تغذیه مناسب و کافی از سوی مادر، وجود انواع بیماری و عفونت ‌ها در دوران بارداری و مشکلات و مسائل عاطفی و روان شناختی مادر در دوران بارداری و آلودگی هوا و محیط که بر رشد کودک تاثیر دارد توجه شود.

Investigation of the Causes of Disability among Adolescents Under 14 Years of Age in Ilam during 2018

Introduction: Disability is an unavoidable fact which has been existed as a social phenomenon in communities from the past until now. There are different reasons for the emergence of this phenomenon which can be identified and prevented, thereby lowering the incident rate of disability in communities. This descriptiveanalytical study aimed at investigating the causes of disability among adolescents under 14 years of age in Ilam, Iran. Materials Methods: This study included 694 participants (336 males and 270 females) who were selected using a census sampling method. The data were collected through a researchermade questioner, and subsequently, they were analyzed using descriptive (i.e., Frequency and Frequency percent) and inferential statistics (i.e., the Chisquare test). Findings: The results showed that consanguineous marriage, congenital factors, literacy, and gender correlated significantly with disability (P<0.0001). In total, 74.8% of the disability among individuals was related to congenital factors. Discussion Conclusions: Regarding this fact that the majority of disabilities are related to congenital factors, more attention should be paid to the maternal health, illness, infections, good and efficient nutrition, affective and psychological problems, as well as exposure to air pollution during pregnancy which can have remarkable effects on children.
