بازشناسی تاملات نهادی در اندیشه هگل، هانتینگتون و سیدجواد طباطبایی

علم سیاست از دیرباز تاکنون به مطالعه «نهاد حکمرانی» پرداخته و بدین سبب، نهاد حکمرانی همواره یکی از مهمترین موضوعات تامل، تحقیق و مجادله علمی اندیشمندان و پژوهشگران این رشته بوده است. چنان چه بنا بر ضرورت، بخش قابل توجهی از تاملات و تحریرات موجود در حوزه اندیشه سیاسی، چه در غرب و چه در اسلام و ایران، به اندیشه ورزی در مورد نهاد حکمرانی از جمله تامل در نهادهای سیاسیِ یونان و ایران اختصاص یافته است. آن چنان که گئورگ ویلهلم فریدریش هگل فیلسوف سیاسی، و ساموئل هانتینگتون اندیشمند توسعه و نوسازی، هر یک از منظر خاص خود به ایده نهاد حکمرانی پرداخته و با تعالی نگری در این خصوص، تاملات و نقطه نظراتی در تبیین تکامل و یا توسعه سیاسی مطرح نموده اند. اما تاملات و تحریرات سیدجواد طباطبایی در مورد ایده نهاد حکمرانی در تاریخ اندیشه سیاسی در ایران، به رغم طرح مباحثی در این باره، در هماهنگی با نظریه زوال اندیشه سیاسی در ایران نگاشته شده و برخلاف هگل و هانتینگتون، بیانگر زوال نگری در ایده نهاد حکمرانی است. بدین سان، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تطبیقی تاملات نهادیِ هگل، هانتینگتون و طباطبایی، و بر اساس روش پژوهش کیفی و رویکرد توصیفی- تطبیقی، تدوین یافته و در نهایت، نتیجه این بررسی نیز اعلام شده است.

recognition of institutional reflections in the thought of hegel, huntington, and seyyed javad tabatabai

political science, has long focused on the study of the institution of governance. consequently, the idea of institution of governance has always been one of the most important topics of reflection, research, and scholarly debate among thinkers and researchers in this discipline. indeed, due to its necessity, a significant portion of the existing reflections and writings in the realm of political thought—both in the west and within islam and iran—has been dedicated to contemplation on the idea of institution of governance, including reflections on the political institutions of greece and iran. just as georg wilhelm friedrich hegel, the political philosopher, and samuel huntington, a thinker of development and modernization, have each engaged with the idea of institution of governance from their respective perspectives and, with a progressive outlook in this regard, they have offered reflections and insights in explanation of political evolution and development. however, seyyed javad tabatabaei's reflections and writings on the idea of institution of governance in the history of political thought in iran, despite raising some debates on this matter, are written in harmony with the theory of the decline of political thought in iran and, unlike hegel and huntington, express a declinist outlook on the idea of institution of governance. thus, this study has been formulated with the aim of comparatively examining the institutional reflections of hegel, huntington, and tabatabai. based on a qualitative research methodology and a descriptive-comparative approach, the study culminates in presenting the results of this examination.
