تحلیل اثرات کیفیت نهاد تنظیم کننده بازار و آزادسازی تجاری بر رشد صنایع کوچک و متوسط در ایران

هدف مقاله حاضر تحلیل اثرات کیفیت نهاد تنظیم کننده بازار و آزادسازی تجاری بر رشد صنایع کوچک و متوسط در ایران طی دوره زمانی 1401-1379 و با استفاده از روش qardl بود. نتایج بیانگر آن بود که کیفیت نهاد تنظیم کننده بازار در بلندمدت در کوانتایل پایین اثر منفی و در کوانتایل‌های میانی و بالا اثر مثبت بر رشد صنایع کوچک و متوسط داشته‌ و این تاثیر در کوانتایل بالا نسبت به میانی بیشتر شده است. آزادسازی تجاری در کوانتایل پایین اثر معناداری نداشته، اما در کوانتایل‌های میانی و بالا اثر مثبت بر رشد صنایع کوچک و متوسط داشته که این اثر در کوانتایل بالا نسبت به کوانتایل میانی بیشتر شده است. محاسبه اثر نهایی کیفیت نهاد تنظیم کننده بازار بر اساس درجه آزادسازی تجاری حاکی از وجود حدآستانه‌ای برای سطح آزادسازی تجاری برای کوانتایل میانی (برابر با 0.6) و بالا (برابر با 0.74) است، که تا این حد افزایش آزادسازی تجاری منجر به بزرگتر شدن اثر مثبت کیفیت نهاد تنظیم کننده بازار بر رشد صنایع کوچک و متوسط می‌شود و پس از آن، به کاهش اثر کیفیت نهاد تنظیم کننده بازار بر رشد صنایع کوچک و متوسط منجر می‌شود. ضریب تصحیح خطا نیز نشان داد که در هر دوره در کوانتایل‌ پایین 47 درصد، در کوانتایل‌ میانی 9 درصد و در کوانتایل‌ بالا 21 درصد از عدم تعدل‌های کوتاه‌مدت تعدیل شده و به روند بلندمدت خود همگرا می‌شوند. آزمون والد نیز بیانگر تقارن ضرایب در کوتاه‌مدت و نامتقارن بودن ضرایب در بلندمدت می‌باشد.

analyzing the effects of quality of market regulatory institution and trade liberalization on the growth of small and medium-sized industries in iran

the aim of this paper was to analyze the effects of the market regulatory institution's quality and trade liberalization on the growth of smes in iran during 2000-2022 using the qardl method. the results indicated that the market regulatory institution's quality had negative effect in the low quantile and positive effect in the middle and high quantiles in the long-run, and this effect was greater in the high quantile than in the middle. trade liberalization did not have a significant effect in the low quantile, but had a positive effect on the growth of smes in the middle and high quantiles. calculating the final effect of the market regulatory institution's quality based on the degree of trade liberalization indicates that there is a threshold for the levelof trade liberalization for the middle (equal to 0.6) and high (equal to 0.74) quantiles, to which an increase in trade liberalization leads to a larger positive effect of the market regulatory institution's quality on the growth of smes, and after that, it leads to a decrease in the effect of the quality of the market regulatory institution on the growth of smes. the error correction coefficient showed that in each period, 47 percent in the low quantile, 9 percent in the middle quantile, and 21 percent in the high quantile adjusted for short-term imbalances and converged to their long-term trend. the wald test indicates the symmetry of the coefficients in the short-run and the asymmetricity of the coefficients in the long-run.
