نقش روحانیت در گفتمان‌سازی حکمرانی عادلانه در جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تاکید بر دیدگاه ‌آیت‌اللّه خامنه‌ای

حکمرانی عادلانه، ازجمله آرمان‌های اصیل انقلاب اسلامی است که یکی از عوامل تحقق آن، گفتمان‌سازی و نقش عوامل دخیل در آن می‌باشد. این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی نقش روحانیت در گفتمان‌سازی حکمرانی عادلانه در جمهوری اسلامی ایران انجام شده و به‌دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است: «بر اساس آرا و اندیشه‌های ‌آیت‌اللّه خامنه‌ای، روحانیت چه نقشی در گفتمان‌سازی حکمرانی عادلانه در جمهوری اسلامی ایران دارد؟». پژوهش پیش رو با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و بااستفاده‌از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی انجام شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که روحانیت در چهار گروه اصلی (اساتید آموزشی و پژوهشی حوزه علمیه، ائمه جمعه و نمایندگان ولیّ‌فقیه، نمایندگان خبرگان و روحانیون سرشناس، طلاب و مبلّغین دینی)، ازطریق سه رویکرد گفتاری، نوشتاری و رفتاری در گفتمان‌سازی حکمرانی عادلانه، نقش‌آفرینی می‌کنند. هریک از این گروه‌ها، باتوجه‌به جایگاه و ظرفیت‌های خود، بااستفاده‌از ابزارهایی چون‌ تریبون‌های رسمی، رسانه‌ها، تولیدات علمی و حضور در میان مردم، به تبیین و ترویج مفاهیم عدالت اسلامی می‌پردازند. دستاوردهای پژوهش نشانگر آن است که موفقیت در گفتمان‌سازی حکمرانی‌عادلانه، نیازمند هماهنگی میان گروه‌های مختلف روحانیت و انطباق گفتار، نوشتار و رفتار آنها با موضوع مدنظر (حکمرانی‌عادلانه) است که می‌تواند به گفتمان‌سازی آن و تقویت پایه‌های نظام اسلامی و تحقق آرمان‌های انقلاب بینجامد.

the role of the clergy in shaping the discourse of just governance in the islamic republic of iran: emphasis on the thoughts and ideas of ayatollah khamenei

just governance is among the fundamental ideals of the islamic revolution، and one of the key factors in achieving it is discourse formation and the role of the actors involved. this study aims to examine the role of the clergy in shaping the discourse of just governance in the islamic republic of iran and seeks to answer the following question: based on the thoughts and ideas of ayatollah khamenei، what role does the clergy play in shaping the discourse of just governance in the islamic republic of iran. the present study was conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach، relying on library and documentary sources. the findings indicate that the clergy play a role in shaping the discourse of just governance through four main groups (educational and research instructors in the seminaries، friday prayer leaders and representatives of the supreme leader، members of the assembly of experts and prominent clerics، as well as seminary students and religious preachers) and employ three approaches—verbal، written، and behavioral—in their discourse-shaping activities. each of these groups، according to their positions and capacities، utilize tools such as official platforms، media outlets، scholarly productions، and public engagement to explain and promote the concepts of islamic justice. the findings indicate that successful discourse-shaping of just governance requires coordination among the various groups of the clergy، as well as the alignment of their verbal، written، and behavioral practices with the just governance، which can contribute to the consolidation of this discourse، strengthen the foundations of the islamic system، and advance the ideals of the islamic revolution.
