ارائه الگوی سنجش فرهنگ شهروندی دانشجویی با رویکرد داده بنیاد

بر اساس هدف پژوهش مبنی بر شناسایی عوامل موثر بر فرهنگ شهروندی دانشجویی و ارائه الگویی برای سنجش آن، این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و بهره‌گیری از روش داده‌ بنیاد انجام شده است. این مطالعه از نظر روش در حوزۀ مطالعات تفسیرگرایانه بر پایه نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد قرار دارد. روش مورداستفاده در این پژوهش روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است و از منظر هدف، تحقیق حاضر، توسعه‌ای- کاربردی است. با توجه به کیفی بودن پژوهش؛ قابلیت اعتبار از طریق شاخص‌های تناسب و کاربردی بودن؛ مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و به تائید رسید. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 15 نفر از خبرگان حوزه‌های علوم اجتماعی، فرهنگی، روانشناسی، مدیریت آموزشی و فعالان فرهنگی دانشگاهی بوده است که از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از روش کدگذاری سه‌مرحله‌ای استراس و کوربین (باز، محوری و انتخابی) تحلیل شدند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده‌ها به استخراج 148 کد باز، 6 مقوله کلی و یک مقوله محوری منجر شد. «مشارکت دانشجویی و فعالیت‌های فرهنگی» به عنوان مقوله محوری شناسایی شد که سایر عوامل حول آن سازمان یافته‌اند. عوامل زیستی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، روانشناختی و زیرساختی به عنوان شرایط زمینه‌ای، و حقوق فرهنگی، هوش فرهنگی، تعاملات خانوادگی، تفاوت‌های فرهنگی، مصرف رسانه و سرمایه فرهنگی به عنوان عوامل علی شناخته شدند. راهبردهای مطرح‌شده شامل هویت‌مداری، اخلاق‌مداری، مشارکت و همدلی، سلامت روان و اجتماعی و خلاقیت بود که منجر به پیامدهایی نظیر ارتقاء کارآفرینی اجتماعی، افزایش اعتماد عمومی، تقویت مسئولیت‌پذیری و کاهش آسیب‌های اجتماعی شد. در نهایت، مدل نهایی پژوهش، تصویری نظام‌مند از روابط علّی، بسترها، مداخله‌گران، راهبردها و پیامدهای موثر بر فرهنگ شهروندی دانشجویی ارائه می‌دهد که می‌تواند مبنایی برای سیاست‌گذاری‌ها، طراحی برنامه‌های فرهنگی دانشگاهی و ارزیابی میزان تحقق فرهنگ شهروندی در محیط‌های علمی باشد.

presenting a model for measuring student citizenship culture with a grounded theory approach

based on the objective of the present study، which is to identify the factors influencing student citizenship culture and to propose a model for measuring it، this research was conducted using a qualitative approach and the grounded theory method. in terms of research paradigm، the study falls within interpretive inquiries based on grounded theory. the method applied in this research is descriptive and survey-based, from the perspective of purpose، it is developmental–applied. given the qualitative nature of the research، its credibility was assessed and confirmed through the indicators of fitness and applicability. the statistical population consisted of 15 experts in the fields of social sciences، culture، psychology، educational management، and university cultural activities، selected through purposive sampling. data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using strauss and corbin's three-stage coding method (open، axial، and selective). the results of data analysis led to the extraction of 148 open codes، six overarching categories، and one core category. student participation and cultural activities was identified as the core category around which other factors are organized. biological، social، cultural، psychological، and infrastructural factors were identified as contextual conditions، while cultural rights، cultural intelligence، family interactions، cultural differences، media consumption، and cultural capital were recognized as causal factors. the strategies proposed include identity orientation، ethical orientation، participation and empathy، psychological and social well-being، and creativity. these strategies lead to outcomes such as the promotion of social entrepreneurship، the enhancement of public trust، the strengthening of responsibility، and the reduction of social harms. ultimately، the final model of the study provides a systematic picture of the causal relationships، contextual conditions، intervening variables، strategies، and outcomes affecting student citizenship culture. this model can serve as a foundation for policymaking، designing university cultural programs، and evaluating the extent to which citizenship culture is realized in academic environments.
