آینده‌پژوهی توسعه مشارکت‌های سیاسی از طریق شبکه‌های اجتماعی

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی نقش شبکه‌های اجتماعی در آینده توسعه مشارکت‌های سیاسی و تبیین میزان اثرگذاری ظرفیت‌های فضای مجازی بر رفتار مشارکت‌جویانه شهروندان است. این تحقیق به‌صورت تلفیقی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه عمیق با خبرگان و تحلیل تفسیری گردآوری شد. در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته میان 384 نفر از اساتید و کارشناسان مرتبط با حوزه سیاست و ارتباطات دیجیتال توزیع گردید. روایی ابزار با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان و روش دلفی تایید شد و پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون کولموگروف–اسمیرنوف، رگرسیون خطی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد داده‌های تحقیق دارای توزیع نرمال هستند و مدل رگرسیونی قادر است بخش قابل توجهی از واریانس متغیر وابسته را تبیین کند. همچنین بین ظرفیت گفتمانی شبکه‌های اجتماعی، نقش تسهیل‌کننده دولت، گفتمان سیاسی جامعه، نوع پیام‌رسان، انسداد خبری، تسهیل‌کنندگی فضای مجازی و کارکرد سیاسی شبکه‌های اجتماعی با توسعه مشارکت سیاسی رابطه معنادار و مثبت وجود دارد. یافته‌ها بیان می‌کنند که شبکه‌های اجتماعی در آینده نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در توسعه مشارکت سیاسی خواهند داشت و می‌توانند به‌عنوان بستر اصلی شکل‌گیری کنش سیاسی و تبادل گفتمان عمومی عمل کنند. استفاده آگاهانه و راهبردی از فضای مجازی می‌تواند موجب افزایش مشارکت، ارتقای فرهنگ سیاسی و بهبود فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری جمعی شود.

futures studies on the development of political participation through social networks

the objective of this study was to identify the role of social networks in shaping the future of political participation and to determine how digital environments influence citizens' political engagement. a mixed-method design was used. in the qualitative phase، in-depth interviews with experts were conducted and analyzed interpretively. in the quantitative phase، a researcher-made questionnaire was administered to 384 academics and specialists in political and digital communication fields. instrument validity was confirmed through expert judgment، and reliability was measured using cronbach's alpha. data analysis included the kolmogorov–smirnov test، linear regression، and pearson correlation. the findings showed that the data followed a normal distribution and that the regression model explained a significant proportion of variance in the dependent variable. significant positive correlations were found between political participation and several factors، including discursive capacity of social networks، governmental facilitation، dominant political discourse، platform type، information blockage، digital facilitation، and the political functions of social networks. the results demonstrate that social networks will play a decisive role in the future development of political participation، functioning as key arenas for public discourse and political action. strategic and informed use of digital spaces can enhance participation levels، strengthen political culture، and improve collective decision-making processes.
