چکیده
|
زمینه: بهره‌وری پژوهشی یکی از شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد در آموزش عالی و محرک اصلی نوآوری، تولید دانش و اثرگذاری اجتماعی است. در حوزه علوم پزشکی، ماهیت چندبعدی و وابسته به زمینه این مفهوم، نیازمند طراحی مدل یکپارچه برای هدایت سیاست‌گذاری‌ها و اقدامات اجرایی است. هدف: این پژوهش با هدف طراحی مدل مفهومی جهت ارتقای بهره‌وری پژوهشی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی، بر پایه شواهد تجربی و دیدگاه‌های خبرگان انجام شد. روش: مطالعه حاضر کیفی و با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون شبکه‌ای آتراید استرلینگ انجام گرفت. داده‌ها طی مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختارمند با 16 عضو هیئت علمی منتخب در سال 1403، با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند نظری و روش گلوله‌برفی گردآوری شد. اعتباریابی این پژوهش به عنوان یک پارادایم کیفی بر پایه چهارمعیار: قابلیت اعتبار (باورپذیری)، بی طرفی(تایید پذیری)، قابلیت اطمینان( سازگاری) و قابلیت کاربرد (انتقال پذیری) در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها به استخراج چهار بُعد اصلی شامل «عوامل ورودی»، «فرآیندهای میانی»، «خروجی‌های پژوهشی» و «پیامدهای بهره‌وری» منجر شد که در قالب 17 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 103 مضمون پایه تبیین گردید. عناصر کلید مدل مفهومی شامل سرمایه انسانی، بودجه و منابع مالی، زیرساخت و فناوری اطلاعات، سیاست‌گذاری و مدیریت پژوهش، تعاملات علمی، ارزیابی کیفیت، نوآوری، انتقال دانش، پایداری علمی، ارتقای جایگاه دانشگاه و پیوند دانشگاه با صنعت بودند. نتیجه گیری: مدل مفهومی ارائه‌شده، تصویری جامع و منسجم از عوامل و مسیرهای ارتقای بهره‌وری پژوهشی در علوم پزشکی را ترسیم می‌کند و می‌تواند مبنایی برای سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران دانشگاهی در جهت بهینه‌سازی منابع، تقویت محیط‌های حمایتی و ارتقای عملکرد علمی اعضای هیئت علمی باشد.

Abstract
|
background: research productivity is one of the key performance indicators in higher education and the main driver of innovation, knowledge production, and social impact. in the field of medical sciences, the multidimensional and context-dependent nature of this concept requires the design of an integrated model to guide policymaking and implementation actions. objective: this study was conducted with the aim of designing a conceptual model to improve the research productivity of faculty members of medical universities, based on empirical evidence and expert opinions. method: the present study was qualitative and conducted with the atride-stirling network content analysis approach. data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 16 selected faculty members in 1403, using theoretical purposive sampling and the snowball method. the validation of this study was considered as a qualitative paradigm based on four criteria: validity (credibility), neutrality (confirmability), reliability (consistency), and applicability (transferability). findings: data analysis led to the extraction of four main dimensions including input factors, intermediate processes, research outputs and productivity outcomes, which were explained in the form of 17 organizing themes and 103 basic themes. the key elements of the conceptual model included human capital, budget and financial resources, infrastructure and information technology, research policy and management, scientific interactions, quality assessment, innovation, knowledge transfer, scientific sustainability, improving the status of the university and the university's connection with industry. conclusion: the presented conceptual model draws a comprehensive and coherent picture of the factors and paths to improving research productivity in medical sciences and can serve as a basis for policymakers and university administrators to optimize resources, strengthen supportive environments, and improve the scientific performance of faculty members.
