اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر استعدادیابی و سلامت در ورزش

زمینه و هدف: امروزه ورزش پدیده ای اجتماعی و ابزاری برای تغییرات اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی است. هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر استعدادیابی و سلامت در ورزش بود. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع آمیخته و ترکیبی از دو روش کیفی و کمی و از نظر هدف کاربردی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی تحقیق کلیه خبرگان دارای تجربه ی مدیریت ورزشی و اشراف کامل فنی به واترپلو استان فارس بودند، تعداد 20 نفر صورت هدفمند به عنوان نمونه تحقیق جهت شناسایی نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت ها و تهدیدهای استعدادیابی در ورزش واترپلو و همچنین تدوین راهبردها، ماموریت ها و استراتژی ها  انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی نیز کلیه ذی نفعان و مخاطبان اصلی ورزش واترپلو در استان فارس بودند که 160 نفر به عنوان نموته تحقیق انتخاب شدند و به سوالات پرسشنامه استخراج شده از فرایند مصاحبه های کیفی، پاسخ دادند. یافته‌ها: نمره نهایی ماتریس ارزیابی داخلی کمتر از 2.5 است که این به معنای برتری ضعف ها برقوت ها است و همچنین نمره نهایی ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل خارجی  کمتر2.5 است که این به معنی برتری تهدید ها برفرصت ها می باشد و سپس با نشان دادن این نمرات در ماتریس swot مشخص شد که وضعیت راهبردی استعدادیابی هیات واتر پلو استان فارس در موقعیت wt قراردارد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج توصیه می شود جهت پیشبرد استعدادیابی و سلامتی در واترپلو از راهبردهای تدافعی استفاده شود.

prioritizing factors affecting talent and health in sports

background & purpose:   today, sport is a social phenomenon and a tool for social, political and economic changes. it is clear that the achievement of these functions will be in the shadow of the development of sports in the international and national arenas (1). the development of sports in each country is divided into four main areas: championship sports, public sports, educational sports and professional sports. the development of championship sports in the country is the background for achieving success in global and international competitions (2). talent search is a scientific and purposeful process in which children and teenagers are evaluated through some standard tests and criteria in order to encourage and guide them to participate in suitable sports fields, which are expected to be more successful (6). interest in identifying talent is one of the most important concepts in sports science and physical education, which has increased significantly in recent years (7) and has become one of the main challenges of sports. undoubtedly, talent identification and familiarization with different sports fields is a complex and multi-dimensional process that cannot be looked at with a single glance and simple process (8). water sports, especially water polo, have always been the focus of sports managers and planners due to their appeal among people, but there has never been a long-term plan for them in any part of them. therefore, the current research aims to conduct a research on this and design and compile a strategic plan for water polo talent in fars province.methods: the current descriptive-analytical research is of a mixed type and a combination of two qualitative and quantitative methods and is practical in terms of purpose. the statistical population in the qualitative part of the research were all experts with sports management experience and full technical expertise in water polo in fars province, the number of 20 people was targeted as a research sample to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of finding talent in water polo and also to compile strategies, missions and strategies were chosen. the statistical population in the quantitative part was all the beneficiaries and the main audience of water polo in fars province, 160 people were selected as the research sample and answered the questions of the questionnaire extracted from the process of qualitative interviews. in order to collect the information and data needed in the research process, library studies and field studies were used. in the qualitative part, participatory evaluation method (three-step delphi method) was used to identify internal and external factors and choose the strategy that best matches them. after designing and compiling the questionnaire, they were distributed among the statistical population of the quantitative part of the research and the desired data were collected.
